Underwater dolphin kick can improve a swimmer starting and turning speed and slow down exercise fatigue.This paper makes a special optimization scheme.To improve 6 swimmers’(4 men and 2 women)underwater dolphin kick’s technical and ability,who are from Chinese swimming team.Help them improve underwater dolphin kick ability,and optimize underwater dolphin kick technology to achieve better performance.With the method of literature and expert interview,the 12-week underwater dolphin leg optimization training program was formulated,and the corresponding evaluation indexes were determined.Specific training contents include: 1.Quick start streamline training 2.Slide training 3.Back muscle group strength training 4.“Cat”training 5.Reverse diving training 6."big wave" underwater dolphin kick training 7."screwdriver" underwater dolphin k training 8.Underwater dolphin leg exercises with wall attached.9.Underwater dolphin leg exercises with traction.The Kpass technology analysis software and supporting facilities provided by Kistler force measurement system were used to photograph underwater dolphin kick of swimmers.Furthermore,video analysis method and Dartfish video analysis software were used to analyze the dolphin kick evaluation indexes of swimmers under water.Combined with the training plan,the test data of 6 athletes participating in the optimized training were analyzed.Through data processing and analysis,the results were obtained: athletes’ body streamline was improved to different degrees;Dolphin legs improved underwater;Underwater dolphin leg technology has been modified.Through analysis,the following conclusions are drawn:1.For the improvement of underwater dolphin kick effect,targeted optimized intervention can be carried out from the aspects of physical ability and technology2.Through functional training on land,massage and body streamlining training,athletes’ body streamlining in water can be improved to reduce the resistance when advancing.3.Through the underwater dolphin kick technical training and underwater dolphin kick ability training,the athletes’ underwater dolphin kick technology is modified,the kicking range becomes smaller and the kicking frequency becomes faster.4.After the underwater dolphin kick optimization for the high-level athletes in this experiment,the athletes’ average underwater dolphin kick speed was significantly improved and their mobility was stronger.5.After targeted optimized intervention of underwater dolphin kick,one athlete did not improve significantly.In the training of high-level athletes,the development of training plans should meet the individual needs of athletes.
