Research On Development Strategy Of Professional Promotion Companies In China

Abstract/Summary:
In recent years,with the rapid development of China’s sports industry,people’s requirements for sports competition performance products have become higher and higher.Compared with the market development of other sports,the development of professional boxing in China needs to be improved.As the main body of professional boxing promotion,the formulation of the development strategy of China’s professional boxing promotion company plays a key role in the development of professional boxing in China.This research summarizes the development strategies of China’s professional boxing promotion companies from 1986 to the present.According to the development characteristics of China’s professional boxing promotion companies in different periods,it is summarized into three development strategies,namely "introducing","going out","Branding" development strategy.Then use Porter’s five-force model to analyze the industry environment of China’s professional boxing promotion companies,and conclude that China’s professional boxing promotion companies are currently subject to competitive pressure from suppliers,buyers and substitutes.Based on the relevant data collected through interviews and field visits,the stakeholders of China’s professional boxing promotion companies were identified.Combined with the recognition results of stakeholders,it analyzes how the stakeholder groups have changed the industry environment of professional boxing promotion companies in China by influencing different factors.Finally,based on the analysis results,the research put forward practical suggestions for the development of professional boxing promotion companies in China.Suggestions for improvement include: strengthening the closeness of cooperation with foreign professional boxing promotion companies,establishing domestic professional boxing alliances,expanding cooperation between professional boxing promotion companies,refining broadcast cooperation programs,broadening marketing channels,enriching professional boxing product portfolios,and forming Differentiate competitive products and strengthen cooperation with local governments.
