| Research purpose: the problem of lower limb shape abnormality is one of the most serious body posture problems in the field of sports rehabilitation, which has attracted much attention.By studying the gait characteristics of pupils with abnormal lower limb morphology, this paper explores the mechanism of the influence of abnormal gait on the morphological change and injury of pupils’ lower limb, and provide theoretical basis for the rehabilitation and correction of lower extremity injury. Methods: using the body style(model.S-8.0)body shape test system,60 students with abnormal lower limb morphology(leg unequal length, foot inside and outside, knee inside and outside)and 30 students with normal lower limb morphology were selected from 262 fourth and fifth grade primary school students. The former was used as the experimental group and the latter as the control group. Then the fast move motion capture system was used to test the gait kinematics of the experimental group and the control group. The time parameters(gait cycle time, swing period, support period, gait frequency)and the spatial parameters(stride length, single step, knee joint and hip joint flexion angle range)of the three-dimensional gait of the two groups were collected, and the test results between the two groups were independently sampled This t-test.Results:(1)leg unequal length group: there were significant differences between the experimental group and the control group in the proportion of the left and right leg support period and swing period, the ratio of step length to height, the ratio of left and right single step length to height, and the range of flexion angle between left and right knee joint and hip joint(P < 0.05).(2)Knee valgus group: there were significant differences between the experimental group and the control group(P < 0.05).(3)Genu varus group: there were significant differences between the experimental group and the control group(P < 0.05).(4)Foot varus group: there were significant differences between the experimental group and the control group in the ratio of double support period to gait period and the range of flexion angle of left and right knee joints(P < 0.05).(5)Foot valgus group: there were significant differences between the experimental group and the control group(P < 0.05)in the proportion of left and right leg swing period and support period in gait cycle, and in the range of flexion angle between left and right knee joint and hip joint.(6)The flexion angle range of the lateral knee joint in the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the left knee joint in the control group, and the difference between the flexion angle range of the left and right knee joint in the experimental group was significantly different from that in the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion: the gait characteristics of primary school students with abnormal lower limb morphology are:(1)imbalance of leg swing period and support period during walking;(2)abnormal ratio of stride length to height;(3)long time of double support period;(4)large difference of left and right single stride length;(5)large difference of flexion angle range of knee joint on both sides;(6)large difference of flexion angle range of hip joint on both sides;(7)knee joint The range of motion of the hip joint may be limited. |
