Research On The Implementation And Effect Of Offensive And Defensive Tactics Of U19 Men’s Team Of Beijing Sports University

With the development of modern football,the development of football tactics is more and more rich.In a top-level football match,the coach can change three or four formations according to the opponent’s tactics,which have a high degree of purpose and flexibility.The implementation effect of tactics in the game and the design and implementation of training are inseparable factors.Training is the basis of the game,and the game reflects the effect of training,both of which have a high degree of unity.This article take the literature material method,logic analysis,survey method,video observation and other research methods,through personally led Beijing bsu U19 boys in Croatia one-year training,contest to track,for Beijing bsu U19 advances of the tactical training implementation and effect analysis,understand the characteristics of the design and implementation of the training,through competition effect research to analyze the advantages and shortcomings of training design,put forward opinions and countermeasures research,so as to promote the team training level,and the results of the competition.The main research conclusions of this paper are as follows:1.The U19 men’s team of Beijing sport university mainly conducts group tactics training in attack and defense,and seldom conducts overall tactics training and attack-defense conversion tactics training.The number of players has limited the team’s overall tactical training and the implementation of offensive and defensive transition training.2.The U19 men’s team of Beijing sport university has significantly improved its offensive tactics in the back three zones,the midfield three zones and the front three zones,and its ability to create chances has increased,But the goal success rate is low,the training effect improvement is not obvious.3.The U19 men’s team of Beijing sport university has improved the implementation efficiency of defensive tactics,giving priority to midfield defense and backfield defense.The overall defense and defense success rate have been steadily improved,but the team’s initiative side drive defense has not significantly improved.4.The U19 men’s team of Beijing sport university couldn’t carry out the attack tactics of set-pieces effectively,which was limited by the characteristics and abilities of the players,but the defensive tactics of set-pieces were effective.
