| The men’s-63 kg level of the 2019 World Taekwondo Championship is China’s dominant level,in which Zhao Shuai,China’s outstanding man athlete,successfully defended the champion.Zhao Shuai won the gold medal of men’s + 58 kg level at the2016 Rio Olympic Games,and won the men’s-63 kg level at the 2017 World Taekwondo Championship.In this study,the technology and tactics of men’s 63 kg level athletes in the 2019 World Taekwondo Championship are taken as the research object,and 65 competitions of all 66 athletes at this level are selected for research,and the application of technology and tactics in the competition is compared and analyzed by the methods of literature,expert interview,video analysis,mathematical statistics and logic analysis.The research on the application of techniques and tactics of men’s-63 kg athletes is beneficial for China to maintain its dominant position in this level,and plays a great role in the development of Taekwondo in China.The results are as follows:(1)In the 2019 World Taekwondo Championship,push kick and cross kick are the most frequently used techniques for men’s-63 kg athletes,while back spin kick and whirlwind kick are seldom used.The technology with the highest success rate is counter attack hook kick and straight fist,the technology with the highest score rate is back cross kick,and the success rate and score rate of whirlwind kick are both 0.(2)In the technical and tactical application of men’s 63 kg athletes in the 2019 World Taekwondo Championships,the utilization rate of attack technology is generally higher than that of counterattack technology,but the success rate and scoring rate of counterattack technology are generally higher than that of attack technology.(3)In the 2019 World Taekwondo Championship,the main tactics of men’s-63 kg level athletes are active attack tactics,in which the continuous direct attack tactics are the main ones and the indirect attack tactics are the main ones. |
