| World Taekwondo Grand-Prix is one of the world taekwondo competitions and is also an excellent opportunity for countries and regions to win Olympic tickets.The latest competition rules are used for the first time in this competition.Therefore,it is very representative to study the foul behavior of high-level women athletes in this competition.In this paper,the characteristics of foul behavior of women athletes in all levels of semi-finals and finals of the 2018 and 2019 world taekwondo grand-prix were selected as the research object,and the characteristics of foul behavior of high-level women athletes in the world taekwondo under the new rules under different situations,war situations,venue areas and video reviews were statistically analyzed by using the methods of literature review,logical analysis,video observation and mathematical statistics.The purpose is to analyze the foul behavior characteristics of high-level women athletes under the guidance of the new rules,and to provide some reference for the training and participation of women athletes of the national taekwondo team in preparation for the Tokyo Olympics.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows:1.In the semi-finals and finals of the World Taekwondo Grand Prix,the top three fouls committed by the world’s high-level women athletes are respectively falling on the ground,catching or pushing the other athletes,and crossing the boundary line.Other fouls are leg lifts,attacks on lower limbs,deliberate avoidance and negative matches in order of number.It shows that the foul behavior of high-level women athletes in grand prix is mainly characterized by physical confrontational foul and technical foul,supplemented by defensive obstruction of offensive foul.2.Foul characteristics in different games.The number of fouls committed by the world’s top women athletes increased from the first set to the third.The first set of fouls were mainly technical fouls such as falling on the ground and going out of bounds.Fouls in the second set are mainly physical confrontational fouls such as catching and pushing opponents and falling down.The fouls in the third set are mainly physical confrontational and technical fouls such as catching and pushing the opponent’s players,going out of bounds,leg lifts,falling to the ground,and offensive fouls,showing diversified characteristics.3.Foul Characteristics in Different Situations The world’s top women athletes commit the most fouls when the score is behind,followed by the least fouls when the score is ahead and the score is even.When the score falls behind,the athletes mainly use offensive techniques such as catching and pushing each other’s athletes,falling on the ground,and falling on the ground after attacking with difficult techniques.When the score is in the lead,the main fouls are out of bounds,falling to the ground,catching and pushing the opponent’s players,blocking attacks,attacking the lower limbs,etc.When the score is flat,the opponent’s fouls are mainly blocked by leg lifts,attacks on lower limbs and other techniques.4.Foul Characteristics in Different Site Areas The world’s high-level women athletes commit the most fouls in the central area,mainly falling on the ground.The second is the number of fouls near the touchline,with out-of-bounds fouls dominating.The number of fouls at the far end of the sideline is the lowest,with the catching and pushing of opponents as the main fouls.It shows that high-level women athletes have strong ability to use the location of the field.5.Foul Characteristics of Video Review The world’s high-level women athletes have the highest number of fouls considered for catching or pushing each other’s athletes,followed by crossing the boundary,which is related to the new regulation that both feet out of bounds are adjusted to one foot out of bounds.The highest success rate in reviewing fouls committed by players attacking the other side after the suspension is related to the new regulation which adjusts the suspension of the match for three seconds after the abutment to one second after the abutment.The frequency of deliberation increases with the number of matches. |
