| Airfield is a new business format proposed by China in 2014,and is an important venue for the development of aviation sports.Supporting facilities serve as the basic support for the operation of the airfield,The establishment of standards and the implementation of norms guarantee the orderly operation and sustainable development of the airfield.At present,the relevant standards in China have very simple and extensive requirements for supporting facilities.Or it is lack of intuitiveness and needs to be refined.Therefore,this study aims to construct a set of standards for airfield supporting facilities that meet the development needs of China(Hereinafter referred to as "standard"),and refine the requirements of various indicators,so as to provide a theoretical basis for the construction and improvement of supporting facilities for airfield in the context of urgent needs.Based on the literature data method,expert interview method and field investigation method,this study uses the questionnaire survey method and mathematical statistics method to analyze the status of supporting facilities of airfields in China and the practical experience of airfield operators,aiming to select more scientific and reasonable indicators.Then use the Delphi method to construct a more intuitive and detailed standards for supporting facilities of airfield,and further use the standard to carry out case analysis on Beijing Flying-Man Camp.The results of the study are as follows:(1)The 260 airfields officially named in China are distributed in 30 provincial administrative regions,and the relevant facilities standards need to be improved;(2)The supporting facilities of China’s airfields are inadequate,and the level of deployment among camps varies greatly;(3)The Delphi method is used to construct the standard of supporting facilities for airfield,including three first-level indicators such as airfield infrastructure,service facilities and support facilities,18 second-level and 48 third-level indicators,and each indicator has detailed configuration requirements in terms of specifications and standards.(4)Case analysis of Beijing Flying Man base using standards proves that the standards have certain operability;(5)Put forward standard application strategies,including the provision of standard content for operators of airfields that are expected to be built or already completed,improving the quality of supporting facilities,strengthening government funding and policy support,promoting the promotion of supporting facilities standards,and increase scientific research theory and practical exploration,and improve the theoretical system of supporting facilities standards.Based on the analysis of the current status of the supporting facilities of airfield in China and the reference to existing domestic and foreign standards,this study establishes the standards of supporting facilities of airfield,which not only enriches the relevant theories of supporting facilities of airfield,provide a theoretical basis for the planning and construction of the supporting facilities of the airfield,as well as for the further revision of the star classification and assessment standards.It also laid a solid foundation for the sustainable development of the airfield. |
