| Under the government’s advocacy and support,business services has become a strong pillar of promoting innovation and entrepreneurship indispensable,10 years ago,the Shanghai municipal government decided to set up the country’s first SH Technology Entrepreneurship Foundation for Graduates,the social system to promote enterprise,but as a public fund will be difficult to attract professional talents,the public welfare the body seems to have been invisible shackles,must through the low salary to show their noble qualities and behavior.All kinds of policy support service in recent years the government supporting entrepreneurship in the rise of third party service socialization and marketization in the tide of array to provide services for the carrier,to find potential projects for the target market of the angel new force suddenly rises.,investment institutions also due to obtain greater benefits,will continue to search the target forward to more front-end business projects,all kinds of venture capital funds,the public record space,incubation center,innovation center,investment club,entrepreneurship competition in different carrier business service is blossom everywhere,and the corresponding business service personnel from non professional to professional and market.Although SH Technology Entrepreneurship Foundation for Graduates established market-oriented venture relay technology financial group,effectively extending in entrepreneurial service products,but if there is no public sector incentive innovation,relying on market segments and external competition,is unable to achieve greater success,so research on the improvement of talent new incentive mode is SH College of science and technology entrepreneurship foundation now solved the problem,specifically,how to carry out the incentive status and comparative study of the two plates from the foundation’s own public welfare and market,in order to explore the internal through complementary advantages more conducive to the development of talent incentive mode.In this study,based on the above issues,comprehensive literature research,questionnaire survey and a series of research methods as well as SPSS,STATA and other statistical software,using the path of “problem oriented→model construction→empirical test→problem analysis”.In the formal investigation questionnaire stage,the investigation of 112 employees of the SH Technology Entrepreneurship Foundation for Graduates,sampling ratio reached 92.6%,Through correlation analysis,independent-samples T test and multiple regression analysis,paired-samples T test and empirical analysis tools and practice gradually to answer the above research questions,get some meaningful findings,the following conclusions:(1)The market sector,public sector employees are not satisfied with the incentive situation,to improve the incentive model is the common needs of the public sector and the market sector.(2)Compared with public sector,the incentive satisfaction of market sector significantly exceeds.From sorting the importance of incentive style,public and market linking mechanism is gotten,and a new team member incentive mode is designed through market financed public welfare.(3)The new team member incentive mode of market financed public welfare of team stimulates challenging work.(4)Values,mission,trust and other cultural institutions are still indispensable incentive factors.This study proposes a new incentive mode of the market feedback welfare,its essence is through the kernel of incentive mechanism linkage to promote the collaborative innovation of public-market-business enterprise,make the public more dynamic.Constantly adjusting the human resource incentive mode has become the successful experience of international venture capital institutions and development trend from studying the international experience.The new incentive mode of market financed public welfare is driving the disruptive innovation of business enterprise.This paper provides a reference for innovation and entrepreneurship of China and Science and technology innovation center with global influence for Shanghai construction. |
