In order to adapt to the need of building innovation-oriented country and the development of harmonious society,vocational education,which has occupied half of higher educational of China,undertakes the task of training technical and innovative talents.With the increasing investment,the role of higher vocation education in the promotion of economic and social development has been further highlighted,which has given rise to escalating demand for the education quality.Under such circumstance,the fundamental guarantee for vocational education,desire to survive in the market full of firer competition,is to build a strong brand.With the hope to stand out in the competitive surroundings,vocational colleges need to improve their educational quality constantly,increase comprehensive power and implement "the brand" strategy.In order to adapt to the need of building innovation-oriented country and the development of harmonious society,vocational education,which has occupied half of higher educational of China,undertakes the task of training technical and innovative talents.With the increasing investment,the role of higher vocation education in the promotion of economic and social development has been further highlighted,which has given rise to escalating demand for the education quality.Under such circumstance,the fundamental guarantee for vocational education,desire to survive in the market full of firer competition,is to build a strong brand.With the hope to stand out in the competitive surroundings,vocational colleges need to improve their educational quality constantly,increase comprehensive power and implement "the brand" strategy.Taking Fujian Forestry Vocational Technical College as a object,problems and the cause arising from the brand building of vocational colleges can be found in this paper after the analysis of current situation,by adopting documentary research method and investigation method.Combining the experience of colleges from home and abroad,it can be concluded that vocational college are obliged to strengthen self-construction,highlight their own characteristic and advantages.Meanwhile,they need to pay attention the cultivation of brand image and publicity.By brand maintenance and management,vocational colleges is capable of enhancing brand competitive power and promoting sustainable development.
