| Since 2013,when the document of "number one" is put forward to support a variety of new agricultural management main body including the family farm,the family farm develops exceptionally rapid,and becomes a new phenomenon of the rural society and the new focus in the research of the countryside.The border administrations learn high hopes on the development of the family farm,given its myriad functions.So,the family farm in practice actually bears the function of what kind of?These functions play is influenced by what factors?How to support and guide the family farm and make it develop better?This is the current urgent need and important topic in China’s rural development research.This research mainly on the basis of Merton’s function theory,through the empirical investigation of family farms of Ningjin County in Shandong province,with Ningjin County family farms development present situation as the starting point,focus on analyzing the current situation of the social function the family farm,characteristics and influencing factors.Research shows that:first,reveals the functions of the family farm and the latent function of the analysis shows that the development of the family farm has significant positive function,also has some negative function.As a whole,the positive function is significantly more than the negative functions.Positive functions is more present in the field of of economy,and negative function is more present in the field of society.The social function of the family farm in different family farms and different stage of family farm development are different.Second,further analysis shows that the social function of the family farm have both type difference and group differences.On the type differences,endogenous type family farm showed more positive function,and exogenous type family farm showed more negative function.Differences in groups,for family farmers,family farms even if its interests,and make its risk concentration,accordingly,to the ordinary farmers,family farm to scatter its interests,but also reduce the risk,and increase the income approach.For migrant workers,family farm is the most prominent function,their profits increased,but there is no risk.For the village cadres,family farm has the greater power and authority,but also increases the difficulty to coordinate the relationship between the villages.Third,is the family farm function restriction factor analysis shows that,in the macro social level mainly affected by the national support policy;At the village level,a greater influence on the natural resources and the village governance;At the family level,family economic assets,social capital,and labor resources are the important influencing factors;On the farmer’s individual factors,management idea and management ability,management ability and so on will be larger influence on the social function of the family farm.On this basis,from the national level,should strengthen the policy support,improving the capacity of village governance,strengthen the training of farmers. |
