Research On The Development And Experience Of "Young Marxists Training Project" In China

The Young Marxist Training Project（"Tsing Ma Project" for short）is a youth talent training project launched by the Central Committee of the Communist Youth League of China in 2007,and it’s also a systematic,long-term,and related to reserving talents for the Communist Party of China.Since 2007,the "Tsing Ma Project" has cultivated more than 3million talents,continuously delivered fresh force for the development of the party and country,has become the main position that highlights the political characteristics of youth and focuses on ideological guidance.As a youth work for the key development of the party and the state,it shoulders the important mission of inheriting the revolutionary spirit and continuing the red bloodline.At present,our country is closer to the great rejuvenation of nation than at any time in history,and in the face of the complexity and uncertainty of the international situation,we must strengthen the sense of mission and urgency of the "Tsing Ma Project" for educating people for the party,based on the strategic height of ensuring that the cause of the party and the country will be succeeded and prosperous,re-examine the significance,theoretical basis,development process,and dynamic mechanism of the "Tsing Ma Project",exploring the development path of in-depth implementation of the "Tsing Ma Project" in the new era.Based on the "Tsing Ma Project" as the party’s political mission of educating people,this paper specifically discusses the theoretical basis of the "Tsing Ma Project",the dynamic mechanism of this project,and then put forward a realistic path for in-depth development of this project in the new era.This paper is divided into five parts: the first is the introduction,which expounds the background of this topic,the research status of the "Tsing Ma Project" at home and abroad,the specific research content and methods,as well as the difficulties and innovations of this research.The second explains the theoretical basis for the "Tsing Ma Project",it starts with the fundamental guiding ideology of Marxism,analyzes the ideological origin of the "Tsing Ma Project",and provides scientific guidance for the in-depth implementation of the "Tsing Ma Project".From the perspective of view,summarizing the important expositions of the main leaders of the country on strengthening youth minds and Xi Jinping’s important expositions on cultivating new talents of the era,fully demonstrating the necessity and urgency of implementing this project in depth at this stage.The third summarizes the staged achievements of the "Tsing Ma Project" formed in the process,specifically understanding the implementation characteristics of this project in each stage,analyzing the progress of it,and finding a breakthrough for the in-depth implementation in the new era.The fourth discusses the dynamic mechanism of the "Tsing Ma Project",mainly from three aspects: the fundamental guiding ideology,the needs of new youth of the era,and the ideological field.The guiding ideology of Marxism is the fundamental driving force,to be a youth in the new era is not only a strong adherence to the law of youth’s own development,but also a response to the requirements of the times,the western ideology is the external pressure to promote the in-depth development of this project.All of it is a deep proof of the urgency.The fifth draws important experience and enlightenment and further proposes feasible countermeasures for the in-depth implementation of the "Tsing Ma Project" in the new stage,to continuously strengthen it has the political function of cultivating successor talents for the cause of the party and the country.
