Study On The Housing Levy Hearing System In China

The promulgation of the Regulations on the Expropriation and Compensation of Houses on State-owned Land provides a new and good reference for promoting the expropriation process of houses on state-owned land and solving the problems existing in the expropriation process for a long time.In the process of rule of law,China has gone from no hearing system to gradually absorbing and learning from the experience and practices of western hearing system,and made some achievements in the construction of hearing system.However,China’s hearing system is still not perfect,and the relevant provisions of the hearing system in the field of housing expropriation on state-owned land are even less,far from meeting the requirements of the comprehensive rule of law.At the same time,with the acceleration of the socialization process,the existing provisions on the hearing system are far from meeting the practical needs.The defects in the existing hearing system are increasingly prominent,which seriously troubles the process of the rule of law in China,and also brings a threat to the protection of citizens’ rights and interests.In view of this,how to better optimize the hearing system of housing expropriation on state-owned land has become a problem that needs to be paid attention to.This paper through the current state-owned land housing expropriation hearing system,with four present situation as the present point,find the existing problems in the hearing system,and explore the problems behind the deep reason,targeted to crack the state-owned land housing expropriation hearing system dilemma,to better build the platform and channels,but also for the administrative organs to better promote the state-owned land housing expropriation work.
