| Since the third Plenary Session of the 11 th Central Committee of the CPC,China’s economy has shown rapid growth.In order to match social development and modernization,the CPC Central Committee and The State Council put forward the reform of "delegating power,delegating power and providing services".In this political system reform,the government affairs Service Center of Qiannan Buyi and Miao Autonomous Prefecture of Guizhou Province combined with its actual situation.Reform has been carried out from the concept of service personnel,efficiency of business examination and approval,complaint supervision system,development of e-government and other aspects,further optimizing the service system of the government service center,in order to provide better services to the working masses.In this paper the research object is the trait of the buyi and miao autonomous prefecture government affairs service center service system,in accordance with the "related concepts and theoretical basis,historical evolution,development present situation,problems and causes,optimizing countermeasures" train of thought,through literature research,investigation,study and depth interview method and comparative research method,to start a research from the following points:Firstly,the relevant concepts and theories of government service system are sorted out,and the historical development stage of government service center is summarized.Secondly,the present situation of the government service center in Qiannan Buyi and Miao Autonomous Prefecture is analyzed to understand the actual government service system.Then,based on the trait buyi and miao autonomous prefecture government affairs service center of government service staff needs to improve management,business efficiency general handling of administrative examination and approval,supervision and absence of government services,the disadvantage of low utilization rate of electronic government services platform,combining with field investigation to obtain first-hand information and the result of questionnaire survey,The causes of these problems are summarized and analyzed.Finally,from the four aspects of the optimization of the management of government service personnel,the optimization of the process of government service,the optimization of the supervision and assessment of government service,and the optimization of intelligent government service,the countermeasures and suggestions for the optimization of the service system of the government service center in Qiannan Buyi and Miao Autonomous Prefecture are put forward. |
