In the rapid social development in the new period,in order to satisfy the urban construction and economic development needs,improve people’s livelihood,the government investment construction as the main body of the increasing number of items,scale expands unceasingly,this to a certain extent,promote the our country government investment construction rapid development,and to provide useful experience for reference for subsequent similar work,therefore,We should pay more attention to the management of government-invested construction projects,strengthen the research input,and strengthen their practical effect and value.Among them,the preliminary management is the basis for the management of government-invested construction projects,and has an important impact on the follow-up management.If there are problems in the early management,it will be difficult for the follow-up management to achieve the expected goals,and lay hidden dangers for the later management.Therefore,it is necessary to attach importance to the pre-management of government-invested projects,clarify its management requirements,key points,methods and other contents,summarize and analyze its shortcomings,put forward management strategies and implement them,improve the management level,and lay a foundation for the smooth development of follow-up work.In this study,taking LH District of Shenzhen as an example and Fu Bao Yuan project as a specific example,this paper explores the problems and countermeasures of early-stage management of government-invested construction projects.,summarize relevant concepts,theories,methods and viewpoints,and form the theoretical basis of this paper.Then,through interviews,the author conducts.Next,the causes of the problems in Fu Bao Yuan project management are analyzed.Finally,a solution strategy for Fu Bao Yuan project prophase management is formulated to ensure the high quality and efficient implementation of Fu Bao Yuan project prophase management and achieve the expected management goals.In the implementation of relevant work,make it more targeted and practical,strengthen the actual effect.After the research,the conclusions are mainly as follows:First,through investigation and investigation,it is concluded that there are some problems in the preliminary management of Fu Bao Yuan project in L District of Shenzhen,such as lack of follow-up work,unscientific construction of management organization structure,non-standard bidding management and excessively high budget estimation.Second,the main reasons for the early-stage management problems of Fu Bao Yuan project in L District of Shenzhen are incomplete management system construction,poor long-term planning,lack of overall management and imperfect tendering and bidding supervision system.Thirdly,the government should pay attention to the early-stage management and follow-up management as well as the overall planning of urban development,and effectively use BIM technology and information technology to achieve the accuracy and real-time management. |
