Research On Modern Prison Governance Under The Concept Of Fundamental Security

As the penalty execution organ in the national judicial system,the prison is the main camp to ensure social security and alleviate the basic social contradictions.The degree of exertion of the prison’s own security and related functions directly affects the social harmony and stability,as well as the overall security of our country.After the implementation of the new penalty laws and regulations,China’s prisons have encountered some difficulties and challenges.From the perspective of the overall national security concept,this paper explores some management modes and methods of China’s prison security management,as well as various internal and external factors affecting prison security,and the new ideas,new ideas and new methods of security governance keep pace with the times and innovate together.Discovering and applying the internal laws of modern prison security governance is an important guarantee for the long-term security and stability of prisons in the new era.At the same time,the report of the 19th CPC National Congress pointed out that the main contradiction in China’s current economy and society has been transformed into the contradiction between the people’s growing need for a better life and unbalanced and insufficient development,and the people’s yearning and pursuit for a better life is becoming stronger and stronger.After prison prisoners are released after serving their sentences,they need to return to society to survive.Similarly,they will also have the hope of living again and yearning for a better life.But the first question to think about is how criminals can survive in the society after their release from prison,and how to be accepted by the society and integrate into the collective better.As social citizens with good moral quality after prison discipline and reform,they will not embark on the road of breaking the law and crime again.Therefore,the prison must adopt more security measures to meet the fundamental security needs in the work of educating and reforming criminals.This paper starts with the concept of fundamental security concept,emphasizes the fundamental concept of people-oriented,and points out the position of prison work in the overall national security combined with the actual work of prison.Among them,the development of prison security concept has experienced the transition and transformation from the bottom line security concept to the root cause security concept.After the root cause security concept was put forward,prison work took this new idea as the starting point and made a series of adjustments to the supervision and reform of criminals.However,due to the limitations of certain traditional and practical reasons,the prison is also facing some difficulties in the actual work of reforming criminals.Based on the practical experience of many years engaged in supervision and reform,the author systematically analyzes the impact of the permanent safety concept on prison safety governance,including the difficulties existing in the reform of criminals,analyzes the reasons,and finally puts forward some thoughts on the research of modern prison safety governance based on the permanent safety concept.
