The application of Internet has more and more influence on people’s life.Scientific use of Internet technology is of great significance to local government governance.Government affairs of new media is the mobile Internet age the party and the government ties with the masses,service masses,one of the important channels of condensed masses,accelerate the transformation of government functions,building a service-oriented government is the important means to guide online is an important field of the clear network public opinion,the construction of the space,is to explore new social governance model,the important way to improve the ability of social governance.In the "14th Fiveyear Plan",it is mentioned to speed up digital development,create new advantages of digital economy,jointly promote digital industrialization and industrial digital transformation,speed up the pace of digital society construction,improve the construction level of digital government,create a good digital ecology and build digital China.In the face of an endless stream of new applications and more and more new platforms,how government departments evaluate the suitability of their own functions and new media functions,and create a successful "Internet + government" model in the new media era,is a new topic that the government affairs new media need to study now.Based on the theory of new public management and service-oriented government,this paper studies the new media service of government affairs in Longquanyi District of Chengdu.First of all,the background and importance of new government media are understood by consulting materials,and the service of new government media in China is elaborated.On this basis,the purpose and significance of the research are clarified,and the research ideas of the paper are sorted out through the research status of new government media services at home and abroad.Secondly,the paper gives a theoretical overview of the core terms,and tries to define their concept,content and classification.Thirdly,through reading and analyzing a large number of documents related to new media of government affairs in Longquanyi District of Chengdu,combined with the actual work and the collected data,this paper discusses the current situation of new media service of government affairs in Longquanyi District,and basically master the current situation of wechat,Weibo and APP of government affairs in Longquanyi District.Then,it analyzes the problems existing in the new media service of government affairs in Longquanyi District: the new media of government affairs is not well matched with the needs of the people,the shortage of personnel,the lack of capital investment,and the neglect of information interconnection.The reasons for the problems are summarized as follows: the administrative concept is not in place,the top-level system planning is missing,the professional management level is not enough,and the management system and mechanism are not perfect.Finally,aiming at the problems of the,by strengthening the administration of right concept,strengthen the top-level design,enhance the level of professional management,perfecting the management mechanism and other related mechanisms four aspects put forward some countermeasures and suggestions,to improve the government’s administrative value of new media,to help government departments to shape a good image and better build a service-oriented government to provide the reference.
