Research On The Legalization Of E-sports In China

After more than ten years of vigorous development,my country’s e-sports industry has been in the forefront of the world and has become a leading e-sports power.At present,the entire e-sports industry is in the explosive period of commercial development,and it has also contributed a lot to my country’s economic development,broadened the scope of employment for the people,and is conducive to the stable development of the entire society.However,while the e-sports industry in my country is developing rapidly,its market regulations have not kept up with the current level of development.Due to the lack of legal basis and specific conflict resolution measures,the e-sports industry has many new problems in the process of rapid and free development.Which has seriously affected the healthy development of e-sports in my country in the future.In the face of these problems,the article based on the current status of the e-sports industry in China,studies the relevant laws and regulations on e-sports,and specifically focuses on the lack of legislation in this field,the lack of supervision of the industry,and the lack of dispute resolution mechanisms.There are many problems in China’s e-sports,including the frequent occurrence of e-sports fake matches,irregularities in the establishment and operation of e-sports clubs,and insufficient protection of athletes’ rights and interests.In view of this,it is necessary for China to use relevant experience in the legalization of foreign e-sports.For reference,we will start with improving the e-sports legislation,strengthening the supervision of the e-sports industry in China,and establishing a dispute resolution mechanism for e-sports events in China,so as to bring the e-sports industry in our country into legal supervision while commercializing development,and gradually embark on the road of rule of law.
