Study On The Influence Of Hairdressing On The Analysis Of Methamphetamine Content In Hair

Hair analysis is more and more widely used in forensic science.However,hairdressing treatments may alter the levels of the drug detected in the hair.At present,domestic research on this aspect basic is blank,and there are no relevant systematic summary studies abroad.Therefore,there is an urgent need to clarify the degree of influence related to hairdressing on methamphetamine content in hair in public security practice.In order to further study and explore the relevant effects of hairdressing on drug analysis in hair,this paper combines the principles and processes of hairdressing and systematically studies the relevant effects of different hairdressing types on the analysis of methamphetamine content in hair.In order to provide reference for the interpretation of hair analysis results,so as to promote the indepth application of hair analysis in related fields.The main research contents are as follows:Chapter 1: Emphasizes the influence of hairdressing process on the analysis of drug content in hair,summarizes the relevant principles of hair analysis and hairdressing treatment,and analyzes and summarizes the relevant influences combined with hairdressing principles and hair analysis theories.Chapter 2: Optimization and establishment of the pretreatment method specifically for hairdressing samples.The cleaning,extraction method and extraction solvent were optimized through a series of experiments,and the effectiveness of the method was verified.Chapter 3: Combined with the actual process of bleaching and the degree of damage to hair caused by bleaching,the effects of mild bleaching,moderate bleaching and severe bleaching on the analysis of methamphetamine content in hair were studied respectively,and combined with hairdressing principles on the impact of related explanations.Chapter 4: Combined with the types of hair coloring in real life,the effects of temporary hair coloring,semi-permanent hair coloring and permanent hair coloring on the analysis of methamphetamine content in hair were studied respectively,and the related effects were systematically explained based on the principles of hair coloring.Chapter 5: Combined with the types of perms in real life,the effects of physical perms and chemical perms on the analysis of methamphetamine content in hair were studied respectively,and the results of different types of perms were systematically explained.Chapter 6: The combination of common hairdressing types in real life was selected,and the effect of repeated hairdressing on the analysis of methamphetamine content in hair was studied with the hairdressing samples in the actual case,and the related effects were explained according to the actual hairdressing principle.
