Rural revitalization and talent revitalization are key.But now most of China’s villages are facing the dilemma of "hollowing out" and "aging",and the countryside can only gradually wither due to the lack of talent support.Therefore,in order to realize rural revitalization,talent revitalization should be realized first.To this end,across the country are trying through the "culture","introduction" and so on a variety of ways for rural culture,attracting a large number of talents,appeared in the process part is no local village residence but of the foreign students living in the country for a long time,by using its resources to help development of the revitalization of the local village,became the corresponding to the original village villagers "new villagers" group.The emergence of the "new villagers" group is of great significance to make up for the shortage of talents in rural revitalization,and has played a huge role in promoting rural revitalization.Article on the basis of the definition of "new villagers" concept,using the methods of actual interviews,case analysis,to select the "new villagers" group of zhejiang H village as the research object,in understanding H village,village development as well as the composition of the "new villagers",with the analysis of "push-pull theory" them into the motivation of the H village.Through field research,we know that the group of "new villagers" plays a role in providing talent support,injecting vitality and capital into village development,promoting consumption and maintaining and improving village environment in the process of rural revitalization of H village,thus promoting the further development of H village.But were also found in the field visit to the H village of "new villagers" in the country revitalization and not fully play their role,with the help of "the social quality theory" four dimensions were analyzed,and found that the "new villagers" group role play to the faces of the people’s livelihood security is scarce,and country of the "new villagers" identity is low,rural social exclusion is relatively common,There are few channels to participate in rural governance and low capacity hindrance factors.The reason why we are faced with these difficulties is that the current industrial policy,household registration system,land system and other restrictions,the "two committees" of the village are not in place to promote the identity of "new villagers",the old and new villagers have different habits of thought,life concept and so on,and the organization form of "new villagers" is not perfect.Therefore,in order to enable the "new villagers" group to play a better role in rural revitalization and promote the development of rural areas,the paper puts forward the following suggestions: first,strengthen infrastructure construction to enhance the attractiveness of "new villagers";The second is to strengthen the consciousness of villagers and enhance the identity of "new villagers";Third,promote inclusiveness and reduce conflicts between old and new villagers.Fourth,expand participation channels and safeguard the rights and interests of "new villagers".
