Research On The Path Of Party Building Leading Enterprise Culture Construction In Non-public Enterprises

Since the reform and opening up,the non-public sector of the economy has continued to grow and develop,and has played a significant role in the national economy.In the increasingly complex market environment,non-public enterprises are facing severe challenges and their core values are under impact.How to adhere to the correct development direction and enhance core competitiveness is an urgent issue for non-public enterprises to consider.Under the call to strengthen the CPC’s overall leadership,Party building can effectively play the role of party organizations by leading the corporate culture and inject new production momentum into nonpublic enterprises.As a work category that is compatible with cultural construction,party building can provide the correct guidance for non-public corporate culture and enhance construction motivation by taking corporate culture construction as the starting point.Not only that,the rich construction experience of the CPC itself,as well as the advantages of party building systems,resources,and harmony,determine the feasibility of realizing Party building to lead the construction of corporate culture.At present,in the process of actual development of party building in non-public enterprises,due to the lack of understanding of corporate leaders and the imperfect Party building mechanism,there is still a lot of room for party organizations to play a role,and the cultural construction of non-public enterprises also has the problem of lack of core guidance.By means of questionnaire survey and literature research,a sample survey of non-public enterprises with party organizations in Jiangsu Province(mainly Jiangyin City)was conducted.After data analysis,the above problems were verified and summarized.Through theoretical analysis and practical situation analysis,the suggestions to play the leading role of Party building in corporate culture construction are as follows: Firstly,the orientation of the party organization should be clear;Secondly,win the support of enterprise management and improve supporting guarantees;Finally,in the specific path of practice,cultivate the spirit of enterprise by tapping the red gene of Party building;improve the corporate system by embedding the Party building working mechanism;promote the harmony of the enterprise by leveraging the political advantages of Party building;optimize the corporate environment by building a platform for Party building and joint construction.The spirit of enterprise,enterprise system,enterprise harmony and enterprise environment belong to the spiritual culture,system culture,behavior culture and material culture in the enterprise culture.Through the promotion of Party building in different aspects,the leadership of Party building in corporate culture construction is realized.
