| With the development of information science and technology,people are in the deep sea of data.At present,almost everyone is a member of this deep sea.Nowadays,people’s life,work and study are all related to network data.It is the same as organizations.The massive data generated by these information traces carry some specific value.The contact methods are diversified,that of person-to-person,person-to-organization,organization-to-organization.They can communicate remotely through network or communication,and even work at home and cooperate remotely,which makes some connections in real life become blurred.The cooperation between some organizations is becoming more and more obscure and secretive,which is difficult to be found directly.Especially those organizations that cooperate through data information,network or the third party hide their cooperation relationship,and only a very small amount of information can be captured.Enterprises and governments are typical representatives of organizations.At present,there are many enterprises in the world,involving all aspects of social life,with advanced power and technology,holding a huge amount of data and information.If we do not take strict precautions,it will lead to huge information leakage and information security crisis.In particular,the information technology(IT)enterprises have great advantages in information collection,processing,and analysis.If they cooperate with foreign governments and use hacker technology or other illegal ways to obtain China’s data,it will greatly threaten the information security of China’s residents,society,enterprises,and the country.However,most of these partnerships are private.In addition,other governments may also use this information to steal more secrets through information penetration,which seriously threatens the information security of our country and citizens.Therefore,how to use the theory and technology of Text Mining to realize the knowledge extraction of public information,analyze the potential and hidden cooperation between organizations from the public information,and identify the potential threats,has become an important topic.Based on the theory of Text Mining,this research uses the advanced technology of Natural Language Processing(NLP)and Knowledge Graph(KG),fully combines the characteristics of potential cooperative relationship between the enterprises and governments,tries to design the framework of mining potential cooperative relationship between enterprises and governments,uses crawler tools to collect public network data,uses entity relationship extraction method to mine text information,and constructs Knowledge Graph.And then,this article analyzes the potential cooperative relationship.This paper takes it enterprises and the government as an example to carry out empirical analysis:using crawler technology,we can obtain the relevant text information of many foreign IT enterprises and the government from the public network in a variety of ways and obtain relatively rich data.The data of one government and 10 IT enterprises are selected as samples to carry out practical analysis and research.Firstly,according to the designed framework of potential cooperative relationship mining,the named entity recognition and entity extraction of text information data are completed,and the triple(X,R,Y)entity relationship set is obtained.Then,the entity relationship is constructed into a knowledge map,and the neo4j map data management system is used to store and manage the map,and the visual effect is output.Finally,from the overall and partial analysis to determine whether there is a potential cooperative relationship between these IT enterprises and foreign governments,it is concluded that the potential cooperative relationship between enterprises and governments can be divided into direct cooperation,strong relationship,weak relationship and no relationship,and the cooperation elements include personnel,projects,activities,etc.The realization of this research can provide the basis for the relevant government departments to further analyze and identify the information security crisis and hope to provide some reference for the research of potential cooperative relationship. |
