Research On Informatization Construction Of Community Policing In Fengze District

Community policing is the foundation of all policing work and an important guarantee for the scientific development of public security work.In the information explosion environment,it is particularly important for public security organs to strengthen and improve community policing by using the increasingly mature information concepts and means,and to continuously optimize the information construction of community policing to improve the modern management level of policing.This paper takes Fengze public security as the research object,takes the construction of community policing informatization as the research focus,evaluates the informatization of community policing by introducing the evaluation system of community policing informatization,and evaluates the informatization of community policing in Fengze District with a systematic and structured evaluation system Multi dimensional analysis,analysis of the Fengze District Community Police Information Development and the existing resistance.After studying the operation mode of other cities which are better developed in this field,and drawing on their experience,this paper puts forward some countermeasures to optimize the construction of community police information in Fengze District.After investigation and research,the following problems are found in the informatization of community policing in Fengze District: First,the information collection is not complete enough;Second,the sources of information are not wide enough.Third,the information technology environment is not good enough.Fourth,the basic level has poor ability to use information for research and judgment.Fifth,the implementation of safeguard measures is ineffective.The reasons are: first,there is a lack of effective information collection standards;Second,the mass base of police work is weak.Third,the lack of funds for information construction is unreasonable;Fourth,the mechanism of assessment,rewards and punishments is not perfect enough.Fifth,the police operation mechanism is seriously lagging behind.According to the analysis of the problems and their causes,the following countermeasures are explored from five aspects of the analysis system: first,to broaden the collection channels,to strengthen the collaborative linkage between government functional departments,to establish and perfect the multiple information collection mechanism,and to unblock the network information collection channels;The second is to improve the technical service,optimize the community police information management platform,increase the input of information equipment,and dig deep into social resources.Third,in terms of improving practical application ability,the establishment of practical need guidance information mechanism,the introduction of community policing information talents,and the training of research and judgment ability in actual combat;Fourth,in the implementation of organizational guarantee,clear community police work responsibilities,strengthen community police information business training;fifth,it is necessary to create a common working environment in terms of mobilizing the enthusiasm of work,and assess the existing assessment mechanism of community police to improve the efficiency of supervision and management.
