| The continuous growth of network technology,so that all kinds of equipment to promote the degree of continuous improvement,facilitated citizens’ consumption experience,digitized the way of life recording,digitized the service mode of enterprises,and digitized the growth of the overall economic structure.In the outbreak SARS-Co V in 2020,the government of china responded quickly to the detection,analysis,virus traceability,prevention and control,resource allocation and other aspects,and showed the Chinese science and technology strength and courage with facts.The "new four inventions" are widely used,and China with "new business format" has realized "overtaking in curves",and is in the forefront of the world in the development and application of 5g and other new technologies.However,things have two sides.With the advent of big data,the digital technology era not only innovates people’s lifestyle at an unprecedented speed,but also poses new challenges to information security and privacy protection.The traditional definition of "privacy" has been impacted,"data" has become a kind of property,and citizens’ personal information security needs to be protected.This paper studies the relevant situation of citizens’ personal privacy in the era of digital technology.In the analysis of the paper,combined with the current basic state of social development,the overall consideration of legal,economic and political theories,first confirm the definition of "privacy" and "personal information",discuss the value of "personal privacy",and the application of examples,comparison,literature and historical research,with the help of actual cases,this paper analyzes the current situation of citizens’ privacy being violated and protected in contemporary society,and deeply considers and dissects its root causes.Through the case integration study,it is found that citizens’ personal privacy disclosure is mainly collected and integrated "inadvertently" through several ways,such as illegal disclosure of network platforms,anonymous exposure of netizens’ mobile devices,theft and trafficking of special occupations,and excessive claim for permission by mobile Internet Applications(APP),so as to form accurate character portraits,It is obtained and used by businesses from all walks of life according to their different needs.It not only provides accurate service push to customers,but also causes a certain degree of harassment,fraud information and other problems.The direct reason is that the crime cost of violating personal privacy is not high,the threshold for obtaining personal information data is low,and citizens are not sensitive to personal data.The fundamental reason is that China’s legislation for personal privacy is insufficient,the supervision system needs to be optimized,the idea of social responsibility needs to be strengthened,and the level of publicity and education is inadequate.In the digital environment,privacy protection requires consistent support from the legislative system,administrative supervision,corporate responsibility and citizens.This paper will give specific suggestions and measures.This paper puts forward the path from the following four aspects to try to solve the above problems.From the legislative aspect,we should strengthen the legislative enforcement of personal privacy,such as establishing a separate law on personal privacy,issuing supporting punishment regulations for personal privacy,strengthening the implementation of laws,and increasing the punishment for violations of privacy;Improve the sense of social responsibility of enterprises and platform industry associations from the perspective of enterprises,such as improving the self-discipline ability of website platform industry,regularly disclosing the use and protection of citizen data information,regularly organizing the study of relevant laws and regulations on citizen data information protection,increasing technical investment in protecting data information security,and publicizing and implementing the importance of protecting personal data information within enterprises;In terms of industry supervision,we should continue to rectify app chaos,strengthen the supervision of illegal trading of personal information and non desensitization of information,and strengthen the management of online database and emerging technology leakage risk;From the aspect of improving citizens’ awareness of personal data and information protection:the government and public departments organize training and learning,and popularize legal knowledge in the community. |
