With the rapid development of China’s economy,the rule of law has been deeply promoted in all sectors of the society,and enterprises are increasingly attaching importance to legal management.However,at present,quite a number of enterprises,especially entrepreneurial enterprises,have not formed a conventional and standardized mechanism in legal management,weak ability to avoid market risks,insufficient ability to prevent and resolve major laws,and often seek relief only after problems occur or even legal disputes,leaving enterprises in a passive position.As the department responsible for the legal affairs of the company,the construction and planning of the team is particularly important.Only by doing the right thing for the right people can the legal team become more and more excellent on the basis of good personnel,and provide better legal services for entrepreneurial enterprises.With the continuous improvement and development of China’s market economy,the scale of enterprise operation is increasing,and the risks are becoming more and more complicated,which requires enterprise managers to pay attention to the construction and management of legal team.This paper expounds the strategic value and significance of the legal department of entrepreneurial enterprises based on the background of law-based governance of enterprises and the existing state of legal departments in China.After making clear relevant definitions and conceptual differences,in-depth research is carried out on the construction mode of legal team of entrepreneurial enterprises gradually.First of all,with the general law of legal team development as the entry point,through the actual legal work content of legal talent ability needs for in-depth analysis,and the allocation of personnel,recruitment and responsibility division is sorted out;Secondly,in combination with the development stage of the enterprise,it puts forward measures according to the enterprise conditions,makes path planning for the legal department in different development stages,and gives reasonable suggestions on the personnel composition,selection and gradient design when the legal team is built.Thirdly,it puts forward constructive suggestions on enhancing the discourse power and influence of the legal department and cultivating talents combining law and business in the enterprise.Finally,it further designs feasible schemes for the management and incentive of the legal team of entrepreneurial enterprises.This paper studies the entrepreneurial legal team building mode in "demand-ability-staffing(team building)-team management" aspects in stereo.This paper standing on the top of the existing literature,combined with my more than eight years of lawyer and legal profession and management experience,trying to combine law with management and economy from different perspectives,relying on human resource management and other management knowledge and theory,multi-angle analysis of entrepreneurial enterprise legal team building problems,use management knowledge and ideas to solve the entrepreneurial enterprise legal team building encountered in the actual problems,and put forward a system,with strong operational planning and opinions.In the process of enterprise development,entrepreneurial enterprises should combine their actual situation and business needs,match corresponding legal teams,effectively play the positive role of legal affairs in the development of the company,and provide strong support for the promotion of the "longevity" operation of the company.I hope to provide a feasible plan for the development of legal team building for entrepreneurial enterprises in the exploratory stage through my work experience and existing materials and literature.
