| With the development of information technology,modern warfare has risen to informationized warfare.In infonnationized warfare,the command and control system has become a key means of command.As the core of modern command,the command and control system needs to have a certain degree of resilience.There is an inseparable relationship between resilience and reliability,and survivability.By investigating the status quo of research on command and control systems at home and abroad,it is found that the research on command and control systems is no longer just functional,but also the demand for its resilience.The resilience of the active command and control system is relatively weak,and it is difficult to meet the demand for resilience of the command and control system.How to ensure the completion of core combat missions in the case of failure or damage of some nodes of the system is the resilience problem that the active command and control system needs to solve.In order to solve the problem of command discontinuity caused by node failure,this paper uses the way of taking over command to achieve uninterrupted command,and investigates the succession command and anti-destroy plan of the early command and control system.Aiming at the shortcomings of the early command and control system succession plan,different The level of command and control system carries out the anti-destroy plan of taking over the command.When a certain command and control system cannot restore the local high-availability mechanism for command,it can use the other level of intact command and control system to continue the command.This article conceives the scenario of the succession command,proposes a data center-based succession command anti-destroy plan,designs the succession command process and functional modules,and combines the succession command realization process to propose three functional modules:succession command control,data synchronization and user authority management.And proposed a successor node selection method based on TOPSIS and gray relational analysis to assist commanders in the selection of successor nodes,and proposed a data synchronization method based on publish-and-subscribe message middleware to synchronize data to the data center for key command data backup,which provides the basics for the realization of the successor command.Support,design an authority management system based on rolebased access control to realize authority control over different levels of command functions.Finally,the prototype is implemented and the feasibility of the scheme is verified.The test results can meet the destruction requirements of the replacement command. |
