Research On The Application Of Big Data In The Investigation Of Criminal Cases By Public Security Organs

At present,when the public security organs use big data to investigate new criminal cases,they still face many challenges in the links such as case investigation,evidence collection,criminal landing,and recovery of stolen money.There are problems of ineffective crackdown,which to some extent restricts the development of cracking down on illegal crimes and seriously affects the people’s sense of security.Therefore,it is necessary to further study the application of big data in the investigation of criminal cases by public security organs,and further optimize the investigation techniques and tactics of big data to meet the investigation requirements of new criminal cases.This article from the perspective of big data used to big data,data investigation,the basis of the criminal cases and other basic concepts,such as policy tools,process reengineering public management theory as the guide,the integrated use of literature research,field investigation and questionnaire survey method and case method,combed the big data in Z city public security organs of criminal cases probing the application of the status quo,This paper analyzes the problems existing in the application of big data and their causes,from the following five aspects: paying attention to the legality of the application of big data,establishing the sharing mechanism of data resources,strengthening the network security management of the application of data,implementing the relevant measures of data protection,and constructing the training system of big data investigation professionals.This paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve the application of big data in the investigation of criminal cases of public security organs,so as to promote the construction of the application system of big data in the investigation of public security organs,so as to improve the investigation efficiency of the public security organs in combating new types of criminal cases,and better solve public security problems such as social illegal crimes.
