Research On The Government’s Behavior In The Development Of Small And Micro Enterprises Of Sheyang

The report of the 19 th CPC National Congress pointed out:“We should speed up the improvement of the socialist market economic system,Deepen the reform of supply-side structure and build an innovative country.Support the development of private enterprises,maintain the vitality of all types of real economy,stimulate and protect entrepreneurship,and encourage more social participants to invest in innovation.“ As a type of enterprise,small and micro enterprises have existed for a long time in China’s market economy.It is an important force of china’s market economy development.At the same time,they have made outstanding contributions in attracting employed people and paying taxes.Sheyang County is located in the central and eastern part of Yancheng,Jiangsu Province.Due to the influence of environment and geographical location,local small and micro enterprises have their inherent disadvantages.In recent years,with the spread of the global financial crisis and the changes in the domestic macroeconomic environment.Problems that small and micro enterprises cannot solve on their own,such as finance,taxation and human resources,have caused local small and micro enterprises to fall into difficulties.Therefore,it is necessary to analyze the effects and problems of Sheyang county government’s government behavior on small and micro enterprises and explore the optimization strategy of Sheyang county government’s government behavior on small and micro enterprises.In this paper,based on the research status of government behavior of small and micro enterprises at home and abroad,combined with the development and government behavior of local small and micro enterprises in Sheyang County,using the theory of government intervention and market failure,through questionnaires and interviews with enterprises,the results and problems of Sheyang County government’s economic behavior of small and micro enterprises are summarized.Finally,aiming at these problems,this paper puts forward and summarizes them as follows: Improving the social services system;Increase financial credit support;Establish a fiscal and taxation system to support the development of small and micro enterprises;Build a public service platform for small and micro enterprises,etc.And four optimization strategies of Sheyang county government’s behavior in the development of small and micro enterprises.
