Research On The Comprehensive Law Enforcement Of Urban Management From The Perspective Of Marxist Methodology

Since the reform and opening up,with the pace of urbanization is accelerating,the continuous creasing in urban population and urban construction scale,The mission of how to make sure the city operations more smooth and healthy is day by day arduous.The role of urban management and law enforcement is increasingly prominent in cities.According to more than twenty years tireless explorations and practices,the city’s management work from place to place across the country and get good grades.Not only play an important role in improving city order and urban environment aspect,but also in maintain social harmony and stability.However,in the context of the new era,from the city management to the city governance process we still have many problems.So it is necessary to strengthen the research on the theory and practice of comprehensive law enforcement of urban management and deepen the system reform.From repeatedly practicing and comparing,Marxism and social science methodology is practical theory,which can guide practical innovation.According to Marxism,this article will take Tianjin as an example to conduct a study on comprehensive law enforcement of urban management by asking questions,analysing the causes,and researching strategy.From the perspective of pursuing the development methodology,it points out there are conflicts between the new and old system of the comprehensive law enforcement system of urban management.Also,the progress and twists and turns of the development of comprehensive law enforcement will be analysed.From the perspective of adhering to the human-oriented methodology,mention the problems of Tianjin urban management in team management,staff training and administrative law enforcement,and analyse the reasons and strategies from the perspective of human-oriented concepts.From the perspective of methodology of the analytical method,it studies the contradiction in Law enforcement sunken Street Town between few people and many things,the legal principle and the emotional principle,from the leadership role,human and material security and the adjustment and optimisation of law enforcement power.From the perspective of giving full play to the subjective initiative and promoting the transformation of contradiction,this paper puts forward some suggestions on the contradiction between rationality and legality.
