Research On Industry-university/institute Cooperation Strategy In Manufacturing Servitization With The Participation Of Government

With the rapid development of social economy,the diversification and customization of consumer demand has made the manufacturing industry of purely product manufacturing face a severe situation.The manufacturing industry is at the bottom of the global value chain and needs to change.The concept of servitization is presented in this case.Manufacturing servitization emphasizes that manufacturing companies should be customer-centric.By extending to the R&D and sales side of the value chain,manufacturing services range from offering products to packaging offering products and services to providing product and service integration product service systems.At present,servitization is in a dynamic environment of multi-agent interaction and coordination,and the government supervises and coordinates the multi-agent cooperation system.Enterprises need to acquire technical resources in the process of service,and universities or institutions have natural technological innovation advantages.Therefore,the cooperation between manufacturing companies and universities/institutions can promote the transformation of servitization.This paper constructs the evolutionary game model of cooperation between industry and university/institute under the government’s participation,and considers the factors such as cost,benefit,loss after one party’s exit and knowledge spillover,and analyzes the stability of cooperation under different circumstances.This paper proposes a strategy that can make the cooperation between industry and university/institute stable for a long time,and validates the model with the case of Yiling Pharmaceutical,and proposes a cooperation strategy for it.The main results of this paper are as follows:1.Based on limited rationality,a industry-university/institute cooperation model of servitization with the participation of government is constructed.This paper focuses on the industry-university/institute cooperation in the multi-agent cooperation of manufacturing servitization,and uses the evolutionary game method to reveal the dynamic process of cooperation.This paper considers the government’s subsidies and penalties for both sides of the game,the costs and benefits of both sides of the game,the loss of the other party after the withdrawal of one party and knowledge spillovers,builds a industry-university/institute cooperative game model of servitization with the participation of government,describes the micro-process of cooperation and deepen the research on servitization.2.After analyzes the cooperation strategy of industry-university/institute cooperation in different situations,this paper uses the evolutionary game theory to analyze the stability of the industry-university/institute cooperation and the impact on the stability of a certain factor change,and give the cooperation strategy in different situations.The results can provide some guidance for the cooperation between industry and universitie/institute.3.This paper provides a solution for industry-university/institute cooperation for case enterprises in servitization.By analyzing the industry-university/institute cooperation model in the service transformation of Yiling Pharmaceutical,this paper verifies the evolutionary game model of industry-university/institute cooperation under the government’s participation,and gives suggestions for this enterprise.
