Research On The Party’s Style Construction In The Initial Period Of The Founding Of The People’s Republic Of China(1949-1956)

The construction of the party’s style of work is related to the ruling foundation of the party,the popular support,the rise and fall of the nation,and the great cause of realizing the Chinese dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.In the early days of the founding of new China,in the face of the complex and severe domestic and international environment and the changes in our party’s working environment and tasks,the party,according to the needs of the situation and tasks,constantly improved and strengthened the style construction in view of the new situations and new problems of the party members,such as the low ideological and theoretical level,lack of urban work experience,separation from the masses,corruption and so on.First,we have carried out theoretical study in the whole party to improve the theoretical level and world outlook of Party members and cadres.At the same time,we have overcome the subjectivism within the party and adhered to the principle of seeking truth from facts.Leading cadres have taken the lead in carrying out field research activities and combining theory to solve practical problems.Second,by carrying out propaganda and education and carrying out the rectification movement,we have closed the relationship between our party and the masses,and curbed the unhealthy trend of separation from the masses in the party.By holding people’s congresses from all walks of life,we will ensure that the people are masters of the country.Third,we should take party political life seriously,adhere to the party’s democratic centralism,promote democracy,and widely accept criticism and self-criticism.Fourth,carry out the "three anti" campaign and set up discipline inspection organs to rectify the corruption within the party.These measures have also achieved certain results.The theoretical level and ideological quality of Party members and cadres.It shows our party’s image of honesty.It has enhanced the fighting capacity and influence of our party.Win the support and recognition of the masses with good style.Based on a large number of reading the party’s literature,reading relevant works and academic journals,collecting,sorting out and analyzing relevant theoretical achievements,this paper uses literature research method,historical research method,theory with practice and other research methods to study the party’s style construction in the early days of the founding of new China.Secondly,through reading a large number of literature and works to study the specific measures of the party’s style construction in the early days of the founding of new China.Finally,on the basis of the above,it analyzes the achievements of the party’s style construction at that time and Its Enlightenment to the contemporary.There are five chapters in this paper: the first chapter is the introduction,which mainly expounds the background and significance of the topic,combs the research status of the academic community,defines the basic concepts,and determines the research ideas and research methods.The second chapter studies the practical necessity of the party’s style construction in the early days of the founding of new China,mainly analyzes the situation at home and abroad at that time and the test our party is facing.The third chapter mainly expounds the specific measures of the party’s style construction in the early days of the founding of new China from four aspects.The fourth chapter analyzes the achievements of the party’s style construction in the early days of the founding of new China.The fifth chapter analyzes the Contemporary Enlightenment from four aspects.It is hoped that this study can enrich the research on the construction of the party’s style,and also provide some reference for the practice of the party’s style in the new era.
