| In recent years,my country has stepped up its efforts to control juvenile crimes,resulting in a downward trend in the number of juvenile crimes.However,the characteristics of crimes are gradually becoming younger and violent.This will cause social instability and therefore prevent crimes.Adult correction work brings greater challenges,and at the same time puts forward higher requirements.The “Community Correction Law” clearly stipulates that according to the minor’s own psychological characteristics and actual needs,the method of separate from adult community corrections should be strictly followed,the criminal minors should be classified and corrected,and the minors and their families should be treated in accordance with the principle of individualization.Use different treatment methods for targeted correction.There are various reasons for juvenile delinquency,among which family problems have become an important factor in juvenile delinquency.By using the Satya family therapy model,it can promote smooth family communication,create a good family atmosphere,and ultimately achieve harmony in family relationships and reduce recidivism.Risks,reintegration into society.The selection of the case in this article is that the author selected a minor in community corrections as the client of the case through participating in the project of the Bureau of Justice.Through judicial social investigations,he learned about the occurrence of the minor’s criminal cases and the basic situation of the family.Conducted in-depth interviews with the minor and his family members.After analysis,it was found that the minor’s family interactions had major problems that led to tensions in the family relationship and had a direct impact on the minor’s criminal behavior.This article will discuss and analyze the practical application of the Satya family therapy model in dealing with the relationship between criminal minors and their family members,and under the guidance of this model,assist clients and family members to make corresponding changes.First,by drawing family tree diagrams and analyzing family parenting methods to assess family functions,diagnose family problems,and make service targets and family members aware of problems in family interaction.Secondly,use the family sculpture and remodeling technology in the Satya family therapy model to construct the family relationship of criminal minors,create a consistent communication environment,and guide family members to change the bad communication model during the treatment process.Build high self-esteem and sense of self-worth.Through intervention,the parent-child relationship of the service target family was effectively eased and improved,and employment resources were linked at the same time,and the service target successfully achieved employment.Finally,the new family rules were consolidated in the follow-up service,and the case intervention was summarized and reflected through the effectiveness evaluation.This article analyzes the process of Satya’s family therapy intervention in the correction of criminal minors,and accumulates the localized experience of Satya’s family therapy,hoping to effectively promote the effective integration of Satya’s family therapy and community corrections,so as to make it It can exert greater application value for minor community corrections. |
