with the development of economy and urbanization,the transfer of rural surplus laborers is closely bound up for making great progress which result in more and more rural left-behind children.The education of the left-behind children is getting increasingly serious as unaccompanied by parents which result in lacking of caring,discipline and guide.Education is the primary symbols of the Chinese nation revival,while children are the key group in society and the future of the country,the guarantee of equalization of educational opportunity and rights should be enjoyed the same with the urban children.This particular type of group should be protected by institution and mechanism,and it’s the key to realize the equality of social and education by making them grow up in an integrated environment.In order to promote the development of new type urbanization,narrowing the gap between urban and rural areas,integrating the urban and rural structures,improving and enable them to share the accomplishments of social development are the key problems.Public governance,public policy and public service theory are adopt as the theoretical basis of this thesis.It takes Left-behind children in rural areas of Changsha as the main research object with the latest research results both in China and abroad.The current situation and the existing problems of these children in Changsha are analyzed through questionnaires.According to the investigation data,the main causes are deeply analyzed from the aspects of family and school education.Based on this study’s above theories,the corresponding countermeasures of rural left-behind children in Changsha are proposed through the multi-demension and multi-level ways.This research has certain reference value for the the same type research and the specific management practice.
