Research On Copyright Protection Of Journal Articles

With the rapid development of science and technology,traditional paper-based media has gradually transformed into digital media with the help of new information technology.As an important object of copyright protection,the traditional paper-based journal articles are challenged by the continuous expansion of the main body of copyright protection,the diversification of means of infringement and the concealment of the main body of infringement.By analyzing the subject,limited form and management mode of the copyright of periodical articles,this paper sums up that the subject of the copyright of periodical articles has weakened the control of the ownership and the confusion of the distribution of the ownership,and it is difficult to get rid of the situation of multiple contributions of one manuscript,while the electronic or digital forms of periodical articles in the collective management have not been effectively managed or protected Based on the protection experience of typical countries such as the United States,the European Union,the United Kingdom and South Korea,as well as typical periodical editors and publishers,this paper puts forward that we should clarify the ownership of copyright as soon as possible,strengthen the management and protection of copyright information,improve copyright legislation,expand the scope of rational use,and improve legal licensing and remuneration,In order to provide feasible reference for the development direction of copyright protection of journal articles,it is necessary to establish the regulation of "one manuscript and multiple submissions" to shorten the time limit of review,innovate the collective management,expand the reasonable use scope of journals and regulate the authorized and licensed use.
