Research On The Organic Integration Of Difference Order Trust And Contract Equality In Rural Governance

In recent years,with the development of economy and the rapid advance of urbanization,rural large changes have taken place in social structure and form,resulting in people in the mode of production and living conditions,and ideology and so on,then must be changed,this change indicates the unprecedented opportunities,but also exposed many problems.For example,the structural differentiation of rural areas,the change of villagers’ interest demands,the interference of traditional culture and family thinking on rural governance,etc.Based on the integration of trust of differential order and contract equality,the paper constructs a new rural governance system and finally provides some ideas for solving the problem of creating a new model of rural governance.As two different governance modes,the trust of difference order and the equality of contract have their own advantages and disadvantages and play an important role in rural governance.However,neither the single trust of differential order nor the single equality of contract can meet the requirements of rural governance in modern society.Rural governance is a complex work with a system,and it is difficult to solve various problems in rural governance only by relying on the single governance model of differential trust.Instead,it needs to make up for and fit with contractual equality.Only by integrating and complementing each other can rural governance be more effectively promoted.Starting from the concept of differential trust and contractual equality,this paper theoretically expounds the important role of differential trust and contractual equality in rural governance as well as the connection and difference between them by using the method of literature analysis,qualitative research and logical analysis.Based on the Chinese rural tradition and the reality of the impact of modernization,this paper analyzes the reasons why neither the trust of differential order nor the equality of contract can effectively govern the current Chinese rural areas,including the strong impact of modern concepts such as democracy,equality,freedom and reciprocity.Lack of unified standards,can not be effectively implemented;The villagers’ awareness of contract equality is weak;Village cadre "official standard" thought is serious.On this basis,the effect of differential trust and contractual equality in the process of rural governance is expounded.In addition,this paper analyzes the anomie performance of differential trust and contractual equality in rural governance and the theoretical logic of their organic integration,and tries to explore the realistic path for the organic integration of differential trust and contractual equality in rural governance in view of the reasons that differential trust and contractual equality cannot effectively govern rural governance.The conclusion is as follows: in the practice of rural governance,we should fully tap the traditional cultural resources of rural governance,pay attention to the role of the traditional governance mode with differential trust as the main content,so as to promote the construction of rural civilization.In this process,the role of contract equality should be played to combine the two,and the tradition should be relied on and used by the modern society.Only through the combination of both soft and hard,and the combination of internal and external,can the goal of good governance of rural society be truly realized.
