Research On Calculation Method Of Polarization Characteristics For On The Improvement Of Patients’ Informed Consent System In China

In recent years,the infringement of patients’ right to informed consent has once again become a social focus,with frequent conflicts and disputes between doctors and patients.With the progress of legislation,although the current law protects the interests of patients to a certain extent,due to the imperfect system of informed consent and the lack of research theory on the right to informed consent,many practical problems can not be really solved,The right of informed consent plays an important role in the basic rights of patients.It is urgent to establish and improve the system of informed consent.Based on the study of relevant literature and cases,this paper discusses the general and special situations of informed consent system.In general,the research on the right of informed consent is to summarize the current dilemma of the exercise of rights from the aspects of the scope of rights,the identification of the subject of the exercise of rights,the damage compensation mechanism,the relevant provisions of public health and safety,and the medical pre instruction rules,and puts forward some suggestions The research on the right of informed consent in emergency is to summarize the problems existing in the scope of exercise,review mechanism and subject of exercise of right,and to improve the scope of emergency,exemption mechanism,cost compensation mechanism and priority operation provisions,and discuss the close relationship between it and the right of informed consent in general.In the medical legal system,doctors’ obligation of informing and patients’ right of informed consent complement each other,and doctors’ obligation according to law is the premise for patients to realize their rights.The improvement of the informed consent system is conducive to the transformation of the doctor-patient relationship from the patriarchal model to the patient-centered model,which is of great significance to the realization of the patient’s personal dignity and freedom and the demonstration of humanistic care.
