A Study On The Evaluation Of Beautiful Countryside Construction In Dalian Jinpu District

As a cell project of Beautiful China,the construction of beautiful countryside is the goal and destination of ecological civilization construction in rural areas of China,bearing the yearning and pursuit of a better life for the majority of rural residents.The beautiful countryside construction is the needs of promoting the development of rural industry and improving the per capita income of farmers;it is the needs of optimizing the rural spatial layout and beautifying the rural living environment,the needs of improving the rural production and living conditions,and enhancing the sense of belonging and happiness of farmers;but also is the needs of protecting and inherit the special culture and promoting the construction of rural spiritual civilization.This study first combs the connotation of beautiful countryside,which needs to coordinate the natural and social levels and deal with the relationship between production,life and ecology,in order to achieve the ultimate goal of integrating the beauty of rural production,the beauty of farmers,rural civilization and environmental ecology.In addition,it summarizes the relatively stable and lasting beautiful rural construction system at home and abroad.Then,by referring to the relevant national,provincial and municipal documents,combines with the economic and social development,environmental geographical characteristics,folk customs and other factors,this work constructs the evaluation index system of beautiful countryside construction in Jinpu District with typical and accessible index data.The weights of criteria level and index levels are determined by expert scoring method and analytic hierarchy process,obtain the scoring standard and evaluation classification of beautiful countryside construction in Dalian Jinpu District.Then,12 administrative villages are selected from agricultural related streets for empirical analysis.This reflects the overall situation of the beautiful countryside construction in Jinpu District,which provides a feasible basis for the evaluation of beautiful countryside in the future,and provides reference experience for the beautiful countryside construction in other areas.Finally,combines with the actual situation,the corresponding countermeasures put forward from the aspects of industrial adjustment,environmental optimization,infrastructure improvement and rural civilization promotion.
