Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of The Management Of Urban Street Stall Economy

This paper argues that the street stall economy has given rise by demand,it is not a new thing,nor is it unique to China.After the outbreak of COVID-19 epidemic,the street stall economy was rapidly heated up in the media,attracting wide attention and discussion from all walks of life.Street stall economy is an important way to solve the problem of employment,stimulate domestic demand,facilitate the daily life of the masses and retain the memory of the city.At the same time,there are inevitable problems such as legal compliance,universal applicability,complexity of supervision and multi-party interest game,as well as governance loopholes caused by improper system,insufficient personnel,shortage of funds and limited judicial support in actual work.Therefore,we should correctly understand the double role of the economy,then rationally grasp it.with its advantages,to avoid its short.During the study,according to the theory of public governance,resilience theory of social governance and so on,use literature analysis,case analysis,comparative analysis methods,master relevant data and information.This paper discusses the background of the street stall economy in the history of our country,the planned economy period,the reform and opening up period and the postepidemic period,present situation of economic management and experience of relevant departments are expounded in detail to the ground.Then it analyzes the important significance,the existing problems and the difficulties of the relevant government departments in Taiyuan of the economic governance.Finally,the paper proposes to build a public governance system with "government departments planning and serving,social groups standardizing and supervising,professional companies coordinating operation and individual subjects being self-disciplined" in combination with the city’s own development orientation,in order to provide some ideas for Taiyuan to build a better city.
