The Fourth Plenary Session of the 19 th Central Committee proposed to promote the modernization of urban governance and provide refined public services.As the city’s business card and meeting room,the urban leisure space should also implement the concept of "people’s city for the people" in its construction and management to create a better city life for the people.As a node city of the Silk Road Economic Belt,Urumqi’s construction and management of public leisure space is obviously lagging behind that of developed cities in the Mainland.How to better create comfortable and healthy public leisure space for residents and increase residents’ satisfaction is to improve the quality of the city and the residents.An important issue for the quality of life.Based on this,from the perspective of supply and demand,this article first analyzes the supply of public leisure space in Urumqi,then conducts an empirical analysis on the public satisfaction of the space,summarizes the existing problems according to the satisfaction evaluation results,and finally based on refinement Governance theory,put forward countermeasures and suggestions for optimizing public leisure space.First,define the basic concepts of public leisure space and public satisfaction,clarify the research scope of the article,then comb the literature on urban public space and satisfaction theory,and determine the China Customer Satisfaction Index Model(CCSI)as the article’s satisfaction The degree analysis model lays the theoretical foundation for the following.Secondly,it introduces the supply of public leisure space in Urumqi.Then,from the perspective of residents’ needs,conduct questionnaire surveys and empirical analysis on the public satisfaction of the space,construct a satisfaction structure model,determine the measurement index system,and issue questionnaires to obtain samples Data,use AMOS 23.0 software to analyze the structure equation of the data,summarize and summarize the problems reflected by the demand perspective,and provide empirical analysis basis for the countermeasures and suggestions in the following.Thirdly,based on the results of public satisfaction evaluation,summarize and summarize the deficiencies and problems in the five aspects of management functions,supply and distribution,management services,hardware facilities and urban culture of Urumqi public leisure space at the emergence stage,and do a good job for the countermeasures and suggestions in the following sections.bedding.Finally,based on the basic requirements of the theory of refined urban governance,aiming at the deficiencies and problems existing in the public leisure space in Wenwu City,from the five aspects of overall planning,governance system,appeals,equipment updates,and spatial image,to optimize public leisure in Urumqi.The space puts forward countermeasures and suggestions in order to effectively improve the satisfaction of public leisure space.
