Research On The Problems And Countermeasures In The Development Of Taiyuan Governmental Wechat At District Level

Governmental Wechat is an important carrier for the promotion of ‘ Internet +government services ’ throughout the country,which has gradually become an essential communication channel between the government and the masses.Governmental Wechat plays an effective role in publicity and supervision in disclosure of relevant government information,dealing with relevant social problems,and creating a positive network atmosphere.It is an important platform for the government to communicate with the masses and receive their feedback.Compared with governmental microblog,governmental online video channel and other governmental new media,Governmental Wechat has played a positive role in optimizing social management forms.With the gradual deepening application in dispose and publicity of various government affairs by Governmental Wechat,the application of Governmental Wechat has been listed as one of the key indicators for the overall performance evaluation of the government.At present,The Governmental Wechat which develops rapidly has gradually become an important platform for communication between the government and the masses.This article focuses on the analysis of the development status of ‘Xiaodian Report’through the comparison between ‘Xiaodiantong’,‘Shanghai Report’ and ‘Xiaodian Report’,and finds that there are four problems in ‘Xiaodian Report’,such as the lag of government information release,the low degree of audience satisfaction,the low enthusiasm of interaction with the public,and the simple setting of government service function,and to provide suggestions to Taiyuan government and organizations about the effective solutions of Governmental Wechat at district level implementation.Through investigation and analysis,the above problems are caused by the fuzzy function orientation of Governmental Wechat,the lack of professionalism of the operation management team,insufficient promotion of government and the low integration of government resources.For the above reasons,this article puts forward some suggestions for the future development of Taiyuan Governmental Wechat at district level.First,improve service awareness,clear Governmental Wechat function position is a prerequisite for the implementation of Governmental Wechat.Moreover,optimizing the operation team to improve the service level of Governmental Wechat is the necessary support for the implementation of Governmental Wechat.Besides,to improve the mechanism construction and strengthen the promotion of the government is an effective promotion of the sustainable development of Governmental Wechat.At last,strengthening overall planning and promoting the effective concentration of government resources is the reasonable guarantee for the sustainable development of Governmental Wechat.
