A Study On The Work Safety Of "day-reading" Conversations

Since the reform of the discipline inspection and supervision system,the discipline inspection and supervision organs have included all public officials who exercise public power into the scope of supervision.The construction of party style and clean government has continued to advance in depth,and the fight against corruption has achieved an overwhelming victory.But we should also see that there have been many safety accidents and safety incidents in the "day-reading" conversation field,which is one of the most widely used inspection and investigation measures,which has seriously affected the results of the reform of the disciplinary inspection and supervision system and harmed the party and the government.image of.Based on the author’s own work experience,this article conducts on-site observations of government agencies and township conversation places within the county,uses interviews to communicate with front-line case handlers,understands first-hand information,and checks the formed case files and synchronized audio and video recordings.Through multi-party understanding,it was discovered that there are many hidden dangers in the hardware facilities,conversation process,psychological counseling,and conversation skills in the "day-reading" conversation in L County,and some problems need to be solved urgently.In accordance with the "Rules for the Supervision and Enforcement of Discipline by the Disciplinary Inspection Organs of the Communist Party of China" and the "Regulations on Supervision and Enforcement of the Supervisory Organs",and based on the issues pointed out by higher-level notifications and inspections,the author proposes to improve the safety factor of "day-reading" conversations.The opinions and suggestions provided by L County and other grassroots regions provide a useful reference for improving the quality of case handling by discipline inspection and supervision agencies.
