| Under the background of the outbreak of COVID-19,a lot of offline social activities have been cancelled,and the direct information communication among people has been greatly reduced.But in the virtual network community,the communication activities between users are very hot.These network media have become an important tool for communication and access to information.The arrival of the epidemic has changed the way people get information,but also brought changes in the characteristics of information exchange.Information exchange refers to a series of behaviors of communication and mutual exchange of information to meet the information needs of individuals or organizations.Studying the information exchange behavior between the government and the public during the epidemic period can summarize the information exchange mode between the government and the public,excavate the information concerns of the government and the public,and control the dynamics of social public opinion,Ensure smooth communication of information and stability of public opinion.Sina Weibo has a large user base,fast information dissemination and strong user interaction.Therefore,this paper selects the information exchange data between the official micro blog of the National Health Commission and the public during the epidemic period as the research object.Firstly,this paper analyzes the social network of information exchange between the government and the public,and analyzes the structural characteristics of information exchange from the perspective of overall network and centrality;Next,we extract the topics of microblog text and microblog comments,analyze the differences and causes of their topics,and analyze the content characteristics of information exchange;Finally,the semantic dictionary with epidemic feature words is used to study the change of people’s emotional tendency during the epidemic period,and to explore the emotional characteristics of community members during the epidemic period.The conclusions are as follows: in terms of information exchange relationship,the official micro blog "healthy China" occupies the core position of the network and is the source of information.Most of the nodes are directly connected with it.The network structure is simple,the information transmission is fast,and there is little contact between the nodes.This is related to the social role of the officials and the people.The government should change the image of the managers and strengthen the communication with the people,In order to improve the efficiency of information exchange.In terms of information theme,the study found that the theme of official information has a certain guiding role for people to comment on information theme,but there are differences between the two information concerns.People pay more attention to the information directly related to themselves,and are not sensitive to policy information.The government should adjust the information focus when publishing information.As for the change of public sentiment,it is closely related to the development of the epidemic.The proportion of positive emotions in the early stage is rising,and the mainstream emotion is positive.After the domestic epidemic is effectively controlled,the popularity of public opinion begins to decline.When the overseas input begins to appear,the public sentiment fluctuates greatly and finally returns to calm.Timely and effective release of key information is the key to the stability of public opinion.Theoretically,this paper studies the information exchange behavior of online virtual community during the epidemic period,which enriches the theoretical research of information exchange mode in different situations.In the research process,users are divided into official and public according to their social attributes,which broadens the research field of information exchange.The research conclusions provide a theoretical reference for the government to effectively communicate with the public in disaster situations.In practical sense,through this study,we can summarize the rules and problems of online information interaction between government and people under the background of epidemic situation.The research conclusions help to improve the efficiency of communication between government and people and stabilize social public opinion. |
