Research On Community Assistive Device Rental Services For The Moderately And Mildly Disabled Elderly Based On Service Prototyping

With the acceleration of population aging in China,the current old-age security model in China is becoming more and more unsuitable for the future challenges.Home-based old-age care has become the main model advocated by China to deal with the challenges of aging.At the same time,it has become a future trend to explore the use of rehabilitation AIDS for the mildly disabled elderly under the home care scenario and to carry out the rental service of rehabilitation AIDS.However,at present,the rental service of community rehabilitation AIDS in China lacks experience in policy support,promotion degree and service operation,etc.,and the service experience of users needs to be improved.This topic research goal is through the use of Service Prototyping to service design method is still in its pilot phase of the community rehabilitation service experience to improve the auxiliary equipment leasing service,ascension as a weak group of disability under the background of the elderly community home endowment auxiliary equipment leasing service experience,meet the demand of disability,the elderly care and life,improve the quality of life of the elderly disability after declining.According to the sorting and research of Service Prototyping literature,it is found that Service Prototyping can improve service experience in design and iteratively in the process of service innovation,which is consistent with the research purpose of this topic.In this paper,the disabled elderly in a community in Chajiao Street,Liwan District,which has a high degree of aging,and the auxiliary equipment rental pilot in a community in Xicun Street,Liwan District,Guangzhou were taken as the research objects,and the target users and service staff were interviewed and recorded by means of in-depth interview and non-participatory observation.Based on the analysis of the needs and service status of auxiliary devices for the mildly disabled elderly in the community under the home care scenario,the character portraits of typical users of the rental service for auxiliary devices in the community are constructed.According to the Service Prototyping process of "idea-demand-design-implementation",the prototyping method in the Service Prototyping Toolbox was selected to simulate the service experience of typical users’ community accessory rental behavior.The design mechanism of "information filing" in the service journey is defined by combining the user’s experience rating of the service plot.After the content of this service touch point is split and reconstructed,the preliminary scheme of the community auxiliary equipment rental service information platform is preliminarily established.Then again through Service Prototyping tool service carried out in cooperation with service providers and users of design scheme evaluation,to explore and test the communication,focusing on disability claus rental the body in the process of assessment and auxiliary equipment adapted this key service perfect design,and output the iteration after the auxiliary equipment leasing for mild disability in the elderly community service information platform design.
