With the development of the times,the formation and level of running higher education have been continuously diversified and improved,and the corresponding funding system has also been continuously adjusted and improved.As an important part of the funding system,the scholarship system has always been concerned by the government and the whole society.Provincial universities have set up a scholarship system to improve teaching quality,motivate outstanding students,and enhance students’ learning ability.The scholarship system has encouraged college students to devote themselves to academics and strive for excellence,and has improved the overall quality of college education,but it has also raised some doubts.College students’ understanding of the effectiveness of the implementation of the scholarship system,what are the factors that affect their participation in the selection of scholarships,these are related to the realization of the training mechanism reform goals,the role of the implementation of scholarships can not be ignored.Therefore,it is of practical significance to study the university students’ understanding of the scholarship system.This article takes J University as an example and adopts empirical research methods.Analyze the status quo of the implementation of the university student scholarship system and the influencing factors of university students’ struggle.First,after analyzing the text of the differences in the implementation of the J school scholarship system,this article uses random sampling to distribute 200 questionnaires and retrieve 197 valid questionnaires,and establish cases and variables based on the contents of the questionnaire.Secondly,a binary logistics regression is performed based on whether the scholarship will be actively sought.The results show that the fairness and whether the parents use the scholarship as a measurement standard have not reached a significant level,which is not statistically significant and has no significant impact on the scholarship of college students.The remaining five factors have reached a significant level(P< 0.05),with statistical significance.And those students who believe that the scholarship can stimulate their interest in learning,the school’s scholarship standards are clearly stipulated,the satisfaction with the scholarship evaluation is higher,the fairer and more concerned about the scholarship,and the scholarship has a greater impact on employment,tend to actively work hard Fight for scholarships.Finally,in the empirical results,combined with the theories of motivation and self-realization of human nature hypothesis,this study proposed countermeasures such as strengthening the promotion of the scholarship system and improving the construction of the scholarship system.Therefore,it is very valuable to study the implementation of the scholarship system.It can reflect the current students’ values,cognitive abilities,learning attitudes,etc.to a certain extent,and according to these current conditions,put forward targeted measures to guide the development of the scholarship system.Its moral education,incentives and other guidance-oriented functions,in the end,to improve the school-run level of provincial universities,establish a market position,establish a good reputation,so as to get more support from society and local governments.
