Research On Optimization Of Police Resources Allocation In Beidaihe District

To achieve the "Two Centenary Goals",we need a strong public security force to safeguard national security and social stability and respond to the people’s expectations and aspirations for a better life.Key in the rapid development of the undertaking of public security,along with the social transition and economic transformation,the public security organ to find accurate positioning in social reform and development as soon as possible,on the basis of the existing police force,we will deepen reform of the public security system in an all-round way,through scientific management,internal tapping,optimizes the allocation of police resources,increase the efficiency of the policing and revitalize the existing police force resources effectively,improve for police without growth.This paper takes the allocation of police force resources in Beidaihe District as the research object.On the basis of elaborating the concepts related to police force,police force resource allocation and rational allocation of resources,this paper introduces the two-factor theory,no growth improvement theory and other related theoretical perspectives.The problems existing in the summary for the forces of supply and demand imbalance,the police quality is uneven,unreasonable structure of police,police resources allocation is not science,severe waste of police resources,etc.,from the establishments of shortage of resources,increased workload of police,civilian police education and training system is not sound,internal institutions do not science,to ensure resources hangs,police position deviation in six aspects,such as in-depth analysis of the causes of problems.Finally,the paper puts forward some countermeasures to optimize the police resources in Beidaihe district,including expanding the extension of the police force,strengthening the training of the police force,optimizing the organizational structure,allocating the police force scientifically,and clarifying the function orientation of the police force.
