This paper aims to compare the effects of traditional training and special physical intervention training,so as to provide a scientific basis for improving the comprehensive quality,special physical fitness,operational skills and actual combat ability of firefighters.On this basis,a more complete,systematic and efficient firefighter training model is analyzed to make it a strong scientific guarantee to deal with various disasters and accidents and emergencies.In this study,through literature method,questionnaire method,expert interview method,experimental method,mathematical statistical method and other research methods,mainly using experimental method,60 Qinhuangdao frontline firefighters were selected as the experimental subjects,30 were the experimental group,30 were the control group,at the same time for 3 months of intervention training.Before the experiment,the indexes(body shape,body quality,body function)of firefighters were tested,and the intervention plan was formulated according to the actual situation.The nodal test was carried out to obtain the results and analyze them.The results showed: Experimental group a gleam of firefighters(except standing long jump),physical quality indexes of body function index,the special physical ability index(in addition to the fifth floor load-bearing run)is very significant difference statistically(P< 0.01),standing long jump,a footrace with heavy armor,fifth floor run shows significant difference,body shape index(except height),special tournament results show significant difference(P < 0.05),There was no significant difference in height.Morphological indicators: Body weight and BMI increased by 0.88 kg and 0.44kg/m2,respectively,compared with before intervention.Quality indexes: sitting body forward bend,1min push-up,20 m return run,1000 m and standing long jump increased by 4.06 cm,12.91,0.67 s,0.19 min and 0.05 m,respectively;Function indexes: Vital capacity,heart rate and step test increased by 190.18 m L,8.15 BPM and 1.21,respectively;Specific physical fitness indexes: 400-meter evacuation supplies,60-meter shoulder ladder run,10th-floor run with heavy loads,and 5km run with heavy loads increased by 4.87 s,0.80 s,3.94 s,22.49 s respectively;Special competition results: improved by 6 "982",5"993",2 "985"and 3 "989"respectively in firefighting exercises with guns,fire fighting exercises with depth and rescuing people,floor fire internal exercises and 100 meter obstacle rescue exercises.In the control group,there were no significant differences in the body shape index,quality index,function index(except vital capacity),and special physical fitness index(except 10-floor running with heavy load),while there were significant differences in vital capacity and 10-floor running with heavy load.Morphological indicators: Body weight and BMI increased by 0.22 kg and0.19kg/m2,respectively,compared with those before intervention.Quality indexes: sitting body forward bend,1min push-up,20 m return run,1000 m and standing long jump were improved by 0.56 cm,2.85,0.18 s,0.08 min and 0.03 m respectively.Function indexes: Vital capacity,heart rate and step test were increased by 123.37 ml,3.94 BPM and 0.75,respectively;Specific physical fitness index: 400-meter evacuation supplies,60-meter shoulder ladder race,10-floor race with heavy load and 5-kilometer race with heavy load improved by 1.88 s,0.35 s,2.33 s and 7.50 s respectively.Conclusion:1.After the special physical precision movement training,the body shape index(except height),physical function index,physical quality index(except standing long jump),special physical performance score and special competition score of the front-line firefighters all showed significant changes.2.Special physical precision movement training has positive significance for improving the comprehensive quality of front-line firefighters and the performance of special competition.3.In order to improve the special quality and the performance of the competition,it is suggested that the leaders of the fire detachment should pay attention to and strengthen the special physical precision and professional training of the body form,body function and physical quality of the front-line firefighters.4.In order to improve the actual combat ability and emergency response level of firefighters,it is suggested that special physical precision professional training should be implemented and promoted in grassroots fire brigade.
