Since the brexit referendum in 2016,the phenomenon of anti globalization has occurred frequently Since 2008,problems have occurred in the European Union’s integrated economy.The first is the European debt crisis.After the 2008 financial crisis,Greece’s debt problems appeared,and then Portugal,Spain,Italy and other countries also experienced debt crises one after another,and anti-globalization began to show.The second is the refugee crisis.Refugees from all over the country began to flood into Europe in 2010.A large number of refugees intensified social competition and parted social welfare,which caused anxiety among the people.Most countries adopted an exclusive attitude towards refugees,which also increased the contradictions among EU Member States.The third is Brexit.From June 2016,the British public voted to leave the European Union and lasted until January 30,2020,when the European Union formally approved Brexit.Britain’s four-year Brexit process has also had a negative impact on the EU’s economic integration.Not only is the phenomenon of "de-globalization" appearing in Europe,there is also an "de-globalization" policy in the United States.After Trump was elected President of the United States in 2016,he withdrew from many international organizations or agreements such as the TPP and the North American Free Trade Area.The adoption of high tariffs on China and other countries and the protection of trade policies.The multi-faceted policies of the United States have shown that "de-globalization" is affecting the globalization of today’s world.There are four parts in the thesis.The first part,mainly the introduction,introduces the research background and literature review at home and abroad.The second part introduces the related concepts of "de-globalization" and the theoretical basis of the research,Marx’s world history theory,Marx’s globalization thoughts,and my country’s Xi Jinping’s thoughts on globalization.Sorting out related theories will help us learn from Marxism.A more comprehensive and objective understanding of "de-globalization" and globalization from a perspective.The third part is based on the perspective of Marxist political economics to analyze the root cause of "de-globalization" or the basic contradiction of capitalism that cannot be resolved.The contradiction between productivity and production relations has expanded within the scope of globalization,and the contradiction between labor and capital cannot be reconciled.The Western-led globalization Globalization is determined by capitalism,which is a globalization model that lacks justice,neglects equality,and imbalances.Recognizing that the essence of "de-globalization" is the trade protection measures taken by capitalism to maintain its dominance and interests.Therefore,we should correctly view the phenomenon of "anti-globalization",conform to the trend of globalization,and continuously promote globalization.Proceed in a fair and reasonable direction.The fourth part introduces our country’s current plan to deal with "de-globalization",recognizing the challenges and opportunities brought by "anti-globalization",my country’s General Secretary Xi Jinping put forward the concept of building a "community with a shared future for mankind" to promote my country’s new globalization Strategic development and the construction of the “Belt and Road ” will help promote the reform of global trade mechanisms.my country actively participates in global trade governance to make global trade move in a fairer and more reasonable direction,and contributes to China ’ s global governance plans and wisdom.Analyzing the problem of de-globalization from the perspective of Marxist political economy,we can recognize the theoretical logic behind it,and look for the root of de-globalization and its impact on our country.It is helpful for us to respond in practice,and to use Marxist positions and viewpoints in practice to guide us in dealing with the problems brought about by de-globalization and de-globalization.It also has a certain guiding role for my country to build a new type of globalization,which is conducive to building a new type of globalization with the characteristics of openness,tolerance,equality,mutual benefit,and win-win cooperation.
