Research On The Status Quo And Problems Of The Sinking Community Of Party Members In The Process Of Party Building Leading Community Governance

Community is the basic unit of our society,community governance embodies the logic of national governance at the grassroots level.The effectiveness of community governance affects the quality of life of social residents and the level of national governance.19 report pointed out that "to explore in the spirit of reform and innovation by strengthening the construction of the party’s leading path of social governance,promote comprehensively strengthen grass-roots party construction work,progress,social governance in order to promote and healthy development",the report has been clear about the basic party plays a decisive role in the grass-roots governance,project report content into the community that lead to strengthen the party construction of community governance.However,due to the influence of power allocation structure,administrative thinking and other factors,community party organizations have limited ability to absorb social organizations and community residents,and there is less cooperation between different levels of party organizations in street communities.Therefore,there are many difficulties in the horizontal and vertical linkage of party building to lead community governance.After the COVID-19 outbreak in 2020,the concept of "Party members sinking into community governance" has been widely mentioned.Party members’ sinking community governance is an important part of the party building leading community governance system.How to promote Party members’ sinking community governance in the party building leading community governance has also become a subject worth studying.This paper is based on the relevant information of community governance and party building leadership at home and abroad,combined with specific cases,to study the current situation and problems of party members sinking in community governance led by party building.This paper takes the sinking community of Party members as the starting point,and takes the Lanhu community as the object to conduct an empirical study on the governance of the sinking community of Party members,analyzes the status quo and problems of the sinking community of Party members in the community governance led by Party building,and puts forward feasible countermeasures and suggestions according to the problems.As a model community,Hubei province,billow lake community party lead community governance has been in the community in greening,legal propaganda,old village transformation made some achievements,the community through the "phoenix" e "pioneer" intelligence service platform paper and the significance of the topic,and combs and analyzes the current research situation at home and abroad with a large number of data.Then explains the author’s research ideas,innovative points and shortcomings,through this part to set the keynote of the full text.The second part is the concept definition and theoretical basis.Core concepts such as community,community governance,Party building guidance,and sinking of Party members are explained in detail,and relevant theories of civil society,governance and social capital are summarized to provide theoretical support for the study.The third part is the logical analysis of the guidance of party building and community governance.In this part,the logic of the relationship between the Party construction and community governance is sorted out,the leading role of the Party construction in community governance is clarified,the political function of the Party construction is analyzed,and the coordination logic and governance logic of the Party construction is clarified.The fourth part is the development and current situation of the sinking of Party members in community governance under the guidance of Party building.Firstly,through the document issued by Hubei Province in 2020 and the concept of "in-service Party members entering the community",this paper studies the origin of Party members’ sinking community governance,and analyzes the characteristics of Party members’ sinking community governance through the concept evolution.Then through the organization and leadership model,participation model,service model and supervision,assessment and reward and punishment model of the party member sinking community governance development model is studied.Then take the platform as the object to study the way of party members’ sinking community governance.In the end,the author summarized the effect of community-based governance of Party members sinking,which is mainly to promote the victory
