Research On Government Supervision Of Rural Banks In Xuzhou

With the continuous acceleration of China’s rural modernization process and the comprehensive promotion of the construction of a new socialist countryside,rural financial supply has always been the focus of national attention.In order to effectively balance the current situation of rural financial supply and solve the problems of short board and insufficient competition of rural financial supply,rural banks,as a new rural financial institution system,emerge as the times require.The same practice has proved that the establishment of such financial system of rural banks is an innovative way in the process of deepening the reform of rural financial system.In order to implement the policy requirements,six rural banks have been set up in Xuzhou City,which has achieved full coverage of county finance.With the advantages of small legal person financial institutions such as fast decision-making efficiency and short capital chain,the rural financial supply in Xuzhou City has been increasing and the financing cost of farmers has been decreasing,which fully reflects the "catfish" role of rural banks and effectively adds vitality to the rural financial market competition power.However,with the development of rural banks in Xuzhou,problems such as stepping on the red line,insufficient supervision and repeated supervision are gradually exposed in the process of operation.If we can improve the supervision quality of rural banks in the future,avoid repeated supervision and reduce the supervision pressure of the regulatory authorities,we still need in-depth study.This thesis describes the background,purpose and research significance of the topic,reviews the existing research literature at home and abroad,and makes an in-depth research introduction of the village bank,explains the key words involved in the thesis,and clarifies the research methods,ideas and directions.Secondly,using literature analysis,comparative analysis and other research methods and means,this thesis makes a detailed analysis of the basic situation of Xuzhou rural bank supervision and other related aspects from the aspects of supervision subject,supervision content,supervision methods and means,as well as the specific work of the current supervision subject.Thirdly,from the actual situation of the supervision work,we find some loopholes and problems in the supervision work of rural banks in Xuzhou,including the imperfect and perfect supervision system,the uncoordinated supervision behavior of the supervision subject,the patterned and single supervision means with unsatisfactory results,and the lack of grass-roots supervision force and investment Finally,it draws some conclusions and points out that the root of the problem lies in the fact that the current supervision system is not suitable for the actual development of rural banks in Xuzhou,the lack of overall planning,the lack of an effective coordination mechanism,the lack of evaluation system for the work of the supervision subject,the government’s neglect or insufficient support for the supervision of rural banks.Finally,the thesis puts forward some suggestions on how to further optimize and improve the supervision system of rural banks in Xuzhou,the specific content of supervision and the specific ways and means of supervision.
