Study On The Protection Of Non-legacy Administrative Law Of Ethnic Minorities

In the era of "insufficient" protection of private law,the expectation of protection of public law is higher and higher.Because minority intangible cultural heritage protection is an important aspect to ensure the development of minority culture,the protection of intangible cultural heritage protection of minority groups must rely on the government to build a better development of the "greenhouse" minority intangible cultural heritage.before the first time in China’s yunnan province and to protect intangible cultural heritage,not only is the first province in the legal protection of minority non-material cultural heritage is one of the provinces,many ethnic minority people,has long been a big,minority provinces is not better than other provinces are widely distributed,large density,complex.Over the years,the intangible cultural heritage of ethnic minorities has become an important part of the humanities and culture of Guizhou Province,and has made important contributions to the cultural and economic development of Guizhou Province.In the protection of intangible cultural heritage protection of ethnic minority every countries and the international community,ethnic intangible cultural heritage protection,ethnic groups can not get effective protection of intangible cultural heritage,but on the contrary,to speed up the inheritance of intangible cultural heritage of ethnic minorities.The protection of the intangible cultural heritage of ethnic minorities under the administrative law has never been the protection in the static sense,that is,sustainable development,the concept of values,comprehensive administrative legislation,administrative law enforcement and administrative concept,constantly,from ethnic minorities intangible cultural heritage protection,the concept of administrative law which is about the protection of minority intangible cultural heritage the traceability of the law.It is essential that the local administration unilaterally understand that the original envisaged administrative law on conservation and sustainable protection is only a correct ere has been a significant progress,but there are also need to improve place,at the same time this paper field of administrative law to protect minority intangible cultural heritage the corresponding response,also for the minority protection act of our overall plan accordingly.
