With the in-depth development of economic globalization,international cultural exchanges are very frequent,and cultural soft power is increasingly prominent in integrated national strength and international voice competition.Under the international communication environment of “the West is strong and we are weak”,Western developed countries are in an international position in cultural exchange,dominate international discourse,promotion and enforce output of their own value,press and disperse his national values.In the face of Western cultural invasion,the prevalence of various social trends,the thoughts of the domestic people have been eroded to a certain extent,and there have been the phenomena such as shaking of ideals,lacking of belief,and weakening of identity.Faced with the spread of inappropriate speeches such as the“China threat theory” and “China collapse theory” in the international community,our country’s international image has been seriously damaged,and international exchanges and cooperation have been hindered.In order to strengthen the national identity,enhance national cohesiveness and cultural soft power;fight against international misconduct,establish a good international image,and enhance international discourse,we must attach importance to and strengthen the domestic dissemination of Chinese values to enhance people’s recognition of values and cultural confidence;enhance international communication capacity,break the international transmission of old landscape,improve the international “presence rate” of Chinese values,so as to eliminate misunderstandings.This article is a research on the value,hindrance and strategy of China’s values,and is divided into five parts:The first part is an introduction.Firstly,systematically discuss the research background and research significance of the paper.Secondly,discuss the current domestic and international “Values communication”,“Chinese values communication”,and “Chinese cultural communication”.Then,introduce the research ideas and methods of this article after sorting out the research,understanding and summarizing the research status.Finally,the key points,difficulties and innovations of this paper were explained.The second part elaborates the basic theory of this paper,including the definition of “Values”,“Chinese values”,“Communication” and other related concepts,expounds the guidance theory of the dissemination of Chinese values and the reasonable reference to western communication models,which clarifies the concept and lays a theoretical foundation for the writing of this paper.The third part elaborates the main content and core gist of Chinese values,clear the main content of the dissemination of Chinese values,and analyzes the domestic and international values of the dissemination of Chinese values.The fourth part is to analyze the obstruction of the domestic and international dissemination of Chinese values,and make attribution from the internal and external aspects.The fifth part is based on the analysis of the reasons for the obstruction of the communication of Chinese values,and explores the communication strategies of Chinese values from both internal and external aspects.
